Yeah, it's crazy. I assume if it didn't specifically happen in practice yesterday that its maybe soreness or something tweaked in the game that didn't really become a "thing" until later in the week. But the walking boot part of it sounds bad... Quote

But I don't think they are a top 10 team. Top ten: Tier 1 1. Eagles; 2. Bills (with the tiebreaker) 3. Ravens 4. Chiefs (here until they are not) - - - - Tier 2 (these are the teams I think are a longer shot for a Lombardi but I could imagine beating one of the Tier 1 teams in a playoff game) 5. Chargers 6. Packers 7. Commanders 8. Bengals - - - - Tier 3 9. Buccaneers 10. Lions (I think they have too much talent to flatline all season though they have clearly taken a step back) 11. Vikings (if McCarthy is it this is arguably too low) 12. Broncos In fairness two of those four didn't play.... though Jackson was a healthy scratch so you can certainly consider that a fail. Most of Hawes impressiveness was in blocking though. Which is not Josh centric. He is just a v good blocker. I agree with this, I guess. The Steelers have a special place for abilities in the regular season. As good as some of the best teams, at times. Wrt the ravens, i don't say we are better than them. We beat them but we are both equal right now. Play that game 3 more times we may win 2 of the bouts. Quote

I think I'm just gonna embrace the chaos of this bills team, and tell myself to not care about defense, and start RBs in fantasy football who play the Bills. Feel like I have fantasy gold on my hands this week as I have booth Breece Hall and Justin Fields. Let's get that 35 - 24 win y'all Quote

HappyDays Posted September 11 Posted September 11 Cook practiced in full which is good news at least. Tre seems like he's trending to get back this week, or next week at the latest. Hopefully Oliver's boot and scooter is just precautionary and not a long term deal... but doesn't seem like the type of injury he'll be able to play through in 3 days. 1 Quote
HappyDays Posted September 11 Posted September 11 Weird thing is he practiced in full yesterday and then spoke to the media after practice. Then ends up DNP wearing a walking boot on a walk through day... Did he hurt himself at home? 1 Quote

Which means Ed will most likely miss the Jets and Miami game since it will be a short week. Amazing how many non game injuries are occurring with this team! 1 Quote

It certainly doesn't seem like it is something that felt bad immediately after practice (he did mention it was a hard practice in full pads) Quote

The injury report lists it as an ankle, so maybe he turned/sprained his ankle at home? Quote
