I have been extremely impressed by Lamar Jackson since the moment he came in the league. If you want to see his true character, see how he handled the loss last year against the Bills and the way he approached Josh. He is anything but a sore loser.

I think if Lamar or any of the players had done the Lambeau Leap into our crowd they would deserve some rough treatment but a fan reaching in like and touching, let alone slapping a player should be banned for life. I hope those weren't his season ticket seats that the idiot just forfeited forever. The dude in question should have been satisfied with just screaming obscenities at the Ravens or maybe an offensive gesture, but he went full r*tard.

Obviously Lamar has to try and keep his composure there but nobody gonna blame him for shoving that turd. Behave yourself, it's not that difficult. There was someone else who threw a water bottle at Henry after he scored. Agree.  Ban the kid.  It's being discussed on National sports shows this morning.  The Bills should put it out there publicly that it's not to be tolerated for fans to put their hands on players.  It's a very easy thing to squash.  Ban the kid, end of story.

The instigating fan should be banned, and Lamar should be fined. *** To me, it looks like the Ravens' players were doing an 'In your face!' moment with the opposing fans (I didn't see any Baltimore fans around the perpetrator) and exception was taken. ***

I think Lamar should have been the bigger man and not done that. However, I don't blame him or hold any ill will about it. The fan was in the wrong and was a complete asshat. I hope he is banned from the stadium for life. He has no business putting his hands on any player or anyone for that matter.

 

Lamar may get a fine for that because the NFL will probably say they hold players to a higher standard, but I don't think he should be. A lot of the fines I find to be garbage.

My take: Fan was an idiot for tapping Jackson's helmet. Jackson was a bigger idiot for responding the way he did. Both were overcome with emotion. Fan should receive a temporary ban. Jackson should be fined. Both should apologize.
