JP51 Posted September 8 Posted September 8 This defense is an embarrassment to anyone who has ever been employed im the history of employment if Babich isn't fired at halftime that's a travesty
ILBillsfan Posted September 8 Posted September 8 for showing like they are up for stopping the run ie most on the LOS ..... they can throw that out the window and hopefully quick

JBI$111 Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Same old same old, every year Beane & McDermott put most of the resources towards the defense and they still suck! 2

Milano and Bernard are really showing out, eh? If you put 7 guys in the box and cant stop anyone its on the line and linebackers. Fully agree.
BigDingus Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Just now, DapperCam said: We hardly changed anything, I'm not sure why people thought anything would be different. The difference in starters tonight vs last year is Bosa in for Miller at rotational DE and Strong in for Rasul Douglas. I guess you could say Bishop in for Hamlin, but Bishop started some last year too. So a slight upgrade at pass rushing DE and a ??? at CB2. That's the problem. They spent the draft & FA money on people who can't even see the field. 1
finn Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Truthfully, I was ok with the Bills losing, I just didn't want another embarrassment on national TV. Oh, well. 1

Been the same for years so that means it's McDipshits philosophy. Time for Sean to go I don't know how much you are going to scheme away the problem with the lack of talent on the defense. They don't have much beyond Benford who can consistently play at an elite level.

paulmm3 Posted September 8 Posted September 8 I took nothing but heat on here for saying Terrel Bernard is a below average linebacker and shouldn't have gotten that extension but I stand by my words. 1 1

And yet we have the 2nd best record in the NFL the last 5 seasons if I'm not mistaken. Edited September 8 by The Jokeman 1
Ethan in Cleveland Posted September 8 Posted September 8 2 minutes ago, GunnerBill said: The Bills are trying all the stuff this forum has implored them to do vs power run teams for years. More 4-3, some 5 man front. Their fundamentals have been off though. Angles and discipline. Same problem as always. Too small at the point of attack. 2
