Royale with Cheese Posted September 5 Posted September 5 Not feeling, we all will be overjoyed and emotional and we've talked about it several times on here. But what thoughts will come to your mind? My first thought is I know what it's like to feel on top of something I really am passionate about. I'm a casual everything else fan. I'm big into fighting sports but that's an individual accomplishment. Teams mean more IMO. I lost a state championship in HS and that's the closest I ever got. I know I don't play for the Bills but I have invested more emotional time into this team over my existence than any other personal hobby. Then at some point, I will think about family and friends and even TBD members who didn't get to see it happen. Then I'm going to get stupidly high. 4 2 1 Quote

This is really it. I think my POV on the entire sport will change. I'll still watch every game and even be totally into it, but it won't be this obsessive intense focus that I have now. I won't have that 100 lb. chip on my shoulder anymore. 5 3 Quote
bmur66 Posted September 5 Posted September 5 One game at a time bro. But if that ever happens, I'm going to Buffalo to watch it burn! 1 Quote

Walking Tall Posted September 5 Posted September 5 I’ll travel out to the parade. I’ll stop at my Dad’s grave and do a shot. I’ll do a lot of hugging and crying with my childhood friends. Then I’ll be back on TSW a week later bitching at Beane to try to improve the squad. 3 2 1 Quote
Albany,n.y. Posted September 5 Posted September 5 I think that there should be a pinned thread as a tribute to the fans you know who didn't live long enough to see it. I know the one who will be in my tribute & I'm sure there are many posters who can think of who to mention when the Bills win. I just hope I'm one of the posters and not one of the subjects. 5 2 Quote
