I believe so, given likely roles, but I guess we will see soon. I think both Samuel and Moore make it as was expected all along. 1 Quote

Logic Posted Tuesday at 09:43 PM Posted Tuesday at 09:43 PM So far, every Bills cut has pretty much been expected. Has there been a single surprise cut yet? 1 Quote

Just because Epenesa got an extension doesn't make Epenesa a good draft pick, bad stats don't lie. As far as Singletary goes, 3rd round picks should be starters not backups. Singletary is a backup. You do realize defensive lineman are on a rotation? I feel like AJE fills his role perfectly. 1 Quote

Over the last 5 years, the average draft position of their first three picks is 47. The Bills average draft position of their first three picks over the same years is 66. That is quite a difference I would say. Plus, in that time, the Bills highest draft pick was 23. The Eagles have had 5 draft picks higher than 23 over that span, with three picks in the top thirteen (9, 10, and 13). Apples to oranges my friend. Draft position is such an overlooked detail. When you are consistently picking at the bottom of every round it is just mathematically harder to land better players. Not impossible, but there’s a reason why draft picks command such a high value. 2 Quote

Tulsabillsfanz Posted Tuesday at 10:10 PM Posted Tuesday at 10:10 PM Really no surprises at all, unless Dane Jackson is considered a surprising cut. 1 Quote

I always feel bad for the players who make the 'final' cut only to be cut a couple of days later when we sign castoffs from some other team. Quote

They all know it's business The life of your typical NFL player is bouncing around teams.. wondering when you're going to get cut If you've been in the league for 6 years and people know your name.. even if people call you trash .. you're a lot better than giving credit for for sticking and people knowing your name We have Frank Gore Junior here and he'll probably never be anything more than a practice squad player anywhere in the NFL... But at least he's getting paid Edited Tuesday at 10:15 PM by Buffalo716 1 Quote
Tulsabillsfanz Posted Tuesday at 10:14 PM Posted Tuesday at 10:14 PM Does this mean Hairston is officially out for the first 4 games? Quote
Avisan Posted Tuesday at 10:14 PM Posted Tuesday at 10:14 PM Genuinely, that's a good-looking roster. Once our CBs are back to a reasonably healthy state I don't know that we have a true hole unless Bishop full-blown crashes and burns. Can't wait for Week 1! 1 Quote
