Not certain of the star ranking, but I think he makes the roster which in itself would be somewhat of a surprise as could come down to him and Conddington fighting for the return job. In the secondary, they have guys like Lewis, Hancock and think I'm forgetting a 3rd player who can line up in multiple places, safety, slot, CB. For Shenault no one has his speed so he'd bring a unique skill to WR as the 6th guy there Quote

SCBills Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Not sure what defines a sleeper, but below are guys I think are going to be much better this year than most fans are anticipating.. Keon Kincaid Rousseau Bosa Jackson I think Keon makes a second year jump that is noticeable & Kincaid makes a jump after a second year slump hampered by injury. Bosa is better than anything we’re used to seeing on this DL lately and we just have to cross our fingers he stays healthy.. but either way, this DL has a much higher floor and ceiling than last year, and I believe that will help Rousseau elevate to another level. Landon Jackson should’ve never lasted to where he did.. much like Shakir, a byproduct of an absurdly strong logjam of top prospects at that position. Out the gate, I think he gives us a turbo-charged version of AJ Epenesa. 2 Quote

After posting this just read this about Solomon in the BN Solomon created eight quarterback hurries in 89 pass-rush snaps, compared with Epenesa’s nine hurries in 356 snaps, according to PFF. Solomon, a rookie fifth-round draft pick in 2024, had two sacks and six quarterback hits while playing just 15% of the Bills’ defensive snaps during the regular season. I’m with you here! Solomon has that quick bendy, twitchy edge rush we otherwise lack. I’ve been intrigued by the guy, and the stats in red above are eye opening. I hope with a full NFL offseason he can hold up against the run and earn more snaps to get after the QB. 2 1 Quote

He’s not going to blow up the stat sheet but he plays more snaps than anyone and is a key cog. He’s underrated but not a sleeper. Agreed. I still think his contract is too high for the production given, but he is very integral to the offense. 1 Quote

You may very well be correct, he does know where he is supposed to be on the field, and Sean highly values that, hopefully we upgrade his spot…, Quote
HappyDays Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Not overly confident in this but I'll go with DeWayne Carter. He has apparently transformed his body this offseason to be a more natural 1T in our scheme, and that is a spot that has no other obvious candidate behind DaQuan Jones. Fully recovered from injury and fully committed to doing what the team asks him, I could see him having a bigger impact than expected. 2 1 Quote

But right now the safety spot concerns me and I can see Hamlin for all the reasons you say winning out. As soon as they got to camp last year his knowledge of the playbook shone against the competition. 1 Quote
stlbills13 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Elijah Moore has a better year than Josh Palmer AJ Epenesa leads the team in sacks Quote

While you might be right, I hope not. Hamlin is a great story and a serviceable safety who knows the system and seems rarely to blow his assignments. But I'm hoping one of the other safeties proves to be better than him. Edit: I just saw Don Otreply's post and realized I just parroted what he had already said. I guess great minds do think alike. 😄 Edited 2 hours ago by hondo in seattle 1 Quote
