I wouldn't hate Dorian Strong. They're still short a developmental CB. Not on a trade-up, but if he reaches the "cluster"

Zach Frazier is better and still available - big and fast

I wonder if at some point he’s worth a shot,

You mean like chemical castration shots?

Giants are having a draft, Marcus Mbow (as a G/C)

That 10 player run had at least 3 guys I'd have liked to see us take a shot at.

This thread melted down for a few pages. You could almost hear at least two posters throw things at their TV.

I can neither confirm nor deny any allegations...

IIRC there's concerns about his ability to click and close from zone, in a primary man-scheme he'd be a much better fit

The “Josh having a few bad games” thing isn’t a thing. It’s not 1992 anymore. Josh Allen is the MVP of the league. If they draft a young guy and he plays well for a month, they trade him. That’s Jimmy G. There’s no such thing as a distraction or people calling for the backup in the Bills situation. If Kirk Cousins or Geno Smith was the QB, I would agree. That’s not the case for Allen, Burrow, Jackson or Mahomes.

The conversation started when I said that I wouldn’t hate Shadeur in the 5th. He could win some games. It just felt like really good value. I never thought Shadeur was a top 10 player but I don’t think that he’s a 5th round player either. He was a 2nd roundish guy. McCord and Howard are out there still as developmental guys. As an Ohiot State fan obviously I prefer Howard to McCord 🤣🤣. I don’t see either as the guy though. You can afford to use one of these picks on a guy to compete for a backup spot or practice squad spot at worst. You aren’t keeping all of these guys you’re drafting anyways.

Got it.

Don’t think Sanders was a fit here, even in late rounds based on he is a project and the baggage he brings. Either real baggage..or perceived.

Now, do you draft a guy late, late as a camp arm/practice squad? Maybe. Just don’t believe there is room for all our projected draft picks also.  Late picks will be guys to replace those on practice squad now.

I wonder if they brought him in for a 30 visit to get their doctors to look at his knee cause that has to be one of the reasons if not the reason he's falling.

I didn't think the knee injury was too bad because he still ran the 40 and ran a 4.41 at that, but you never know what the doctors will find.
