He’s either going to now become legit elite and show all the GM’s what a mistake they made, or he’s going to spectacularly flame out a la Johnny Football—I just don’t see a middle ground for this kid like a Carr or Cousins route imho.

In Shedeur’s defense, he will not be set up for success in Cleveland. He might not even get a chance to play. And if he does, they have diddly poo on offense. Bad o line, Chubb is recovering and Judkins is unknown. Their WRs are middling at best as well.

If they didn’t draft Gabriel, they are having a really strong draft. It’s a lottery ticket and if he sucks or is annoying, they get rid of him. Not sure what the downside is since he’s a 5th rounder.

Imagine thinking you could be the 2nd or 3rd overall pick...then falling all the way to the 5th. Only to be taken by the Browns. Who selected a different QB ahead of you.
