These rivalry jerseys are dumb but if the NFL insists on doing this then I suggest this as our rivalry logo.

Why would anyone think this is a bad idea? They probably roll out a pretty suite classic looking uni. I love seeing something different for a game, as long as they never stray from the perfect look they have now.

Take, for example, MLB. Those city-connect uniforms the league wants all teams to wear are all awesome!

It might be cool or it might suck.  Just depends on how they do it and how much fan input they allow.  If they leave it in the hands of people without real connections to the teams it will show and be hated.  Some of these alt unis are sharp but most are a disaster bc they get away from simplicity that makes a uni look good.  The nba and mlb have a lot of games so changing it up makes a lot more sense, too. That Nike is involved doesnt likely bode well for good designs. 

 

My money is on a Niagara Falls theme.

I imagine this will be a rip off of the NBA City Edition and MLB City connect jersey.   I doubt you're going to see a chicken wing on the jersey.   I fully expect a snow theme, with some sort of charging Buffalo inside of the city flag logo.   I hope they keep it pretty streamlined because less is more on a football uniform.

I honestly have no clue what/how they are going to do this without it looking like some sort of bad AA baseball team design. They obviously are going to want to incorporate something about the city into it. Are they going to go serious with it, or go full goofy and put a giant chicken wing with a streak of blue cheese in place of our charging Buffalo logo?

 

 

I think if they were going to go serious with it they should consider taking the Art Deco vibes from City Hall and incorporate them into the jersey somehow. I know AI is evil but I threw this together with 1 request and, while it’s busy, it’s different and could be kinda cool with someone who knows what they are doing making modifications.
