It’s super unlikely but not totally impossible that Gabe can still get to 1000. If he just had anything in those no show games, he’d probably be in good shape to get there. He’d have to have some monster games but he can still get there.

You basically just summed up Davis’ whole career haha. Be is going to great number 2 stats which he basically gets in like 5 games.

and as an owner of both guys in fantasy, they had completely different seasons. Diggs dominants first half and then they switched. Love Cook though. Glad we decided to use him

Credit Chan Gailey on the Spiller-Johnson feat, man was very good as an offensive game planner.

But the spiller pick was insane considering we already had two very good RBs in beast mode and Jackson

It's interesting that Stevie and Diggs were very similar types of receivers....both were non conventional route runners great at getting separation.  Heck, Spiller and Cook were similar as well....fast, shiftier guys....obviously Diggs was much better than Stevie and Cook seems like he will be better than Spiller.

that’s a good way of putting it.  He’s at 725 yards and would really need to have one monster game catching deep balls like Amari Cooper.

Those 0 rec games killed his chance at having 1,000 yards.

Stevie Johnson at one point was only WR for the Bills with 3 consecutive 1K seasons. Stevie deserves respect.

He does - also for the fact that he was a former 7th round draft picks who rose through the NFL ranks with an unorthodox route running style.  He was never in the conversation for too 5 WR’s but he was special.

Much like a Lee Evans, it makes you wonder how his career would have panned out had his prime years been on a winning team.

So which was worse?  Picking Spiller when Jackson and Marsh were on the roster or picking a RB with the first pick in the second round when you’re first round pick was OJ freakin’ Simpson!

Sure.  He played in the passing era and he did ok, especially for where he was drafted. Still not a top ten WR, the Bills have a lot of very good ones.
