I heard on a radio show as a general rule of thumb the GM is about half of what a coach makes. They also said all the click bait sites claiming to know what coaches and GM makes are hilariously wrong. thenorthremembers
I'd buy a large vault, turn all that cash into coin money and swim in it like Scrooge McDuck. Or I'd pay off my wife's student loans so I could live like a normal 40 year old male.

I think the Pegulas are smart (and wealthy) enough to understand that money should never be the reason to lose either one of those guys. It's crystal clear that they know how to do their jobs at a high level, and those are extremely difficult jobs. They may not always get the results we're seeing, because there's some luck involved, but there is no question that these guys are at the top the game. Very few others are able to do what they do. Low Positive
There is no salary cap on coaches and staff and the Pegulas have demonstrated a willingness to pay for the best. For that I am thankful. People forget that Mike Shula and Joe Brady are on the offensive staff. There is no way that both of those guys are not earning more than what a QB coach and a "senior offensive assistant" usually make.
