Wasnt Lawson part of the group that helped contain Lamar so well in the playoff game?

Would be.  Ya never know.  I think we get Poyer and Oliver back at least.  Dane is probably going to depend on swelling which is probably what he has to over come now.

Lawson was with the Dolphins at the time. He had a decent regular season game vs the Ravens when we played them in 2019.

Getting Morse, Oliver, Dane and Poyer back would be great. Hopeful Bates and Knox are good. Kumerow will probably be out this week or longer with high ankle injury. Sensing Jordan and Benford will be out until the bye week. If somehow we can get to the bye at 4-2 that would be tremendous with all the injuries and the front loaded schedule of potential playoff teams and road games. Just need everyone else to stay healthy!

Shaq wasn’t on the Bills at that time. He did play against him in 2019.

One thing that bothered me last week was not kicking the ball out of the EZ each kickoff.  Why subject anyone to more heat/injury in those conditions.  Just kick it out for God's sake

Because we routinely stopped them inside their 25.

A pyrrhic victory for sure.  Further exhaust and expose to injuries players who might be needed as guys are dropping like flies - for a few yds on kickoff? (not to mention risking a big return against exhausted players) That's ridiculous IMO

Edit: BTW - Fins starting position after kickoff: 22, 17, and 24 yd line

In a vacuum you bet in your special teams when they are good. But the context is super important - miami situation, end of kc game, etc.

Forget the game for a second.

After watching from the stands as the ambulance come onto the field and took Dane Jackson away, giving me horrible Kevin Everett flashbacks...

I'm just so glad the guy is okay. Whether he plays this week, next week, or five weeks from now, I'm glad he has no lasting damage. Hallelujah, amen.
