I don’t get not kicking the FG.  I’m way too conservative.  Possessions are limited, stack points.  I don’t care what analytics say, 4th and goal from the 4 is not easy to cash in.  Dumb Chargers. I don’t go for that unless i have to.

And they pay another price with the tight end knocking himself out. very scary.

I guess it puts more urgency on the team to score another TD if they miss, rather than go conservative and get another fg if they kicked a fg instead

I’m not sure that was a concussion judging by what looked like the posturing he was doing with his hands. Could be far worse.

I’ve seen boxers get knocked out and tense up/shake like that before only to return to the ring a few weeks later. It may not be as bad as it looks (fingers crossed).

That was the op posit of a one dimensional offense.  Mahomes was sharp, the Chiefs O line was dominating and they got decent production out of THREE different RB's.  Oh and Hill is fast.

it’s the classic “take what the defense gives them.”  Staley plays that cover 2 shell all game. He is the self-proclaimed pioneer of it. Chiefs just diced them apart on a bunch of 5-8 yard passes.

this is what playcalling looks like.  Mahomes asked to do very little, except throw a few quick hitting passes that are well designed.

Although missed an easy TD down the middle

Good thing he isn't a Bill or there would be a 10 page thread on 2BD on how he missed a wide open WR for an easy TD!

Was creed humphrey highly touted come draft time?

I cant believe the chiefs rebuilt their OL without skipping a beat.

Yes.  Also scored a perfect 10 on the RAS (which we've analytically followed), former wrestler, and very smart/strong.

Would have been a great fit for many teams, but the exact type of center you build an oline around.

No.  Considered good but not great.  Good smarts, not a great athlete was the view.  That's why he lasted to the end of the 2nd round.
