Allen though is still improving. His path to the NFL was completely different then his peers. Yes, he’s been held on occasion, but, like Josh has been doing with those off side penalties this year, he isn’t finishing the play. Ends up being wasted downs/opportunities. He lets up and starts looking around instead of just catching the ball. Then then the ball falls right near him.
