Two things:

Herbert has a run game and a dynamic RB in the passing game.

Herbert plays over half his games inside.

Agreed on both fronts. Not sure we’re getting a roof, but I’d love a dynamic receiving back. Would be huge for Josh.

Herbert is nice but Allen is on a different level.

I agree and I think Herbert is fantastic.  Allen though is still improving.  His path to the NFL was completely different then his peers.  He didn't have the reps and high level, big program experience that guys like Herbert had.

Why didn't Williams just throw his hands up and beg for the flag there instead?

We need some big WRs that can go get the ball

This has been my problem with Diggs this year. Yes, he’s been held on occasion, but, like Josh has been doing with those off side penalties this year, he isn’t finishing the play. Ends up being wasted downs/opportunities. He lets up and starts looking around instead of just catching the ball. Then then the ball falls right near him. That and he just isn’t tracking the deep ball that well this year.
