c'mon lefties how is cnn telling you to spin this, lol.

Well...unfortunately the GOP is focused on drop boxes, T girls bumping someone off the high school girls softball team, bamboo paper in Arizona, Facebook, guns, and perpetuating a scam instead of leading the country with sound fiscal guidance....

The Dems are doing what they have always done....what is missing is the GOP

We predicted all of this because Democrat policies are awful. Now the Biden (Pelosi, AOC, Schumer) admin’s answer to the brewing gas crisis is “ well if you had an electric car....” what a joke having these morons in charge. A lot of dumb people voting for them plus the cheating and this is what we get.

No seriously. What were you trying to say with the graph you shared?  This thread is about inflation.

My point? Dems are proposing big government solutions like they always have...and normally the GOP would offset that....but the GOP is currently preoccupied with a bunch of crap.

GOP has to be better....come on man.

WELCOME BACK, CARTER:

Points and Figures: Welcome to the 1970s.

To be honest, a rerun of the Carter years is now a best-case scenario.

Puh lease...we are not going to the 70's

Hard time following along.  My "Your Point" comment was to 716er's chart of the price of gas.

Big Government Solutions.  NO....THANK....YOU.

And if we're expecting the Democrats and Republicans to fix things things will never get fixed. Why they have not been.  Throw all the bums out and start over.

TH3 is another dummy. The Dems are now governing as if they have a far left mandate from the American people because of 40k or so ( probably fake) paper ballots in a couple swing states. They are ramming bad policy after bad policy through with no Republican input or support. There is no compromise or moderation. They’ve said they want to “ go big”. So this misguided and doomed to fail policy choice is somehow the Republicans fault ? What a joke. The Republicans may as well not even be there for all the attention paid to them by Dems. Dems only care about absolute power in perpetuity, and are trying to create government dependency to get it.

Indeed - to say not even close to a basic fact like you mention is a good indication one is part of the cult.

To blame inflation on a single entity without the context of a pandemic is Dolphins fan logic. You'd have to be dumb as ***** to be a Dolphins fan.

President?  Nah that would be sates that closed businesses due to lock downs.

Oh and BTW how does short term unemployment effect inflation?  I'll give you a clue. It's typically an inverse relationship.

If not buying partisan hogwash is a cult I’m in. The fed literally said significant inflation was direct risk of additional stimulus, but they weren’t going to worry about it.

He'll never do it but he needs the Fed to raise interest rates right now or else.  Going to be deeply unpopular, but that's the fix, along with sending out the notice that stimulus is over and there are no more paychecks coming.

Biden is sliding into that Nixon/Carter inflation quicksand and the longer he ignores it or assumes it's temporary, the certainty grows that you'll need a Paul Volcker-style intervention to fix it, and absolutely nobody wants that.

Ha!  The Biden Administration has yet to acknowledge the crisis that's been going on at the border for the last five months!  It'll be YEARS before they figure out the mess they've made of the economy.  But when they do....it'll be Trump's fault for sure.

They won’t they’ll  just try to manipulate and hide inflation data as long as they can.

Yeah, that chart is BS.  I didn't pay anywhere near that amount it claims the past 4 years.

Chart might not be BS- California has gas prices that are Already at 4.15 a gallon and California has a lot of people which will weigh heavily. A better guage would be median price.

Did you see the big disclaimer on the deaths graph the the numbers might be total BS?

I personally don’t doubt draconian lockdowns slow viral transmission but I just thought it was interesting that it was presented as ‘results’
