jkx2 162
To watch Rivers stand back there all day with little pressure and never being touched was infuriating and a big problem. They better find a pass rush in their magic hat by next week. 7 1 3
CaptnCoke11 2,494
It was disturbing although the Colts OL is very very good. They don’t give up sacks very often.
UConn James 254
Rivers certainly went to the right team for his abilities & his drawbacks given their OL.

They were getting mugged, including some pretty blatant holds when we blitzed. maybe our guys were holding too. But still. There wasn’t a single offensive hold called that entire game on either team. (Note: one hold on a kickoff— that’s it, as I recall). 2

EmotionallyUnstable 1,752
Go home @jkx2 you’re drunk. this was designed. Rivers doesn’t get sacked. The bills brought 4 and dropped into coverage vs the best OL in the league against a HOF QB who gets the ball out quick. this is not the game to check the DL for the stat column.

I am the egg man 2,303
Colts O-line is one of the best and they still lost. Go Bills ! 1

WideNine 2,689
They had a guy subbing for their starting LT too. That is a bit pathetic. We need to improve our pass rush. I know I harp on this, but a true impact 1-tech that absorbs 2-3 blockers makes that whole line better. I have high hopes for Johnson and Epenesa getting better too.

Hey Pickel deer( think about it. It will come to you) No defense designs not sacking the quarterback. Your name fits your football knowledge.

Just looking for some happiness after a playoff win. It seems very hard for some people. Survive and advance!
Nextmanup 3,455
2 things here. First, the Colts OL is one of the best in the NFL. Second, our pass rush stinks and has all season long. We really no longer have a marquis pass rush specialist; I guess it's supposed to be Jerry Hughes, but he's old now. Dedicated pass rusher should be on our very short list of needs for next season.

I said this way back at the beginning of the year, the NFL's sudden and secret decision to call only 'clear and obvious' penalties which has shown up in holding the most.. really affected the Bills who signed and drafted quicker, penetrating players who are affected by holding more than bigger lineman. ALLEN1QB 1,245
Trent Murphy would have been an upgrade. Put him in coach stop being stupid.

Sharky7337 474
This experiment with our dline has def been a failure. Whether that is covvid opt out of star, lack or pre season etc. Next season we need to re evaluate and we need a premiere pass rusher.
Ga boy 191
It was a delayed rush strategy that the Colts haven't seen all year. Kinda like a delayed rush by a MLB. I hope we don't use it no more because it won't be as effective since it's on film now. Go Bills!!!
