My wife and I have been fiscally responsible and are doing OK, yet we received a 300.00 grocery voucher and bags of groceries each week - we don't need them. I am told they do not have the administrative capacity to be prescriptive with the handouts. Not knocking people in need, my daughter is friends with many of them and they are hard working good people. I just think we could better manage the taxes and support provided. The penalties should be steeper but that’s far from a slap on the wrist.
