You realize the only people who need to worry about Venmo reporting are people who are receiving taxable income via Venmo and not reporting it as income right? False and misleading title there. The appeals court issued an injunction while the case is decided. The appeals court has not made a determination on if the program is constitutional or not. It simply said the program needs to be on hold until a decision could be made because not granting an injunction could be detrimental to a party.
