Allen next week?

Recommended Posts

F*ck yes, Josh Allen is playing.

Absolutely. We NEED that 2nd seed locked up. Gotta win, dude. We need that homefield advantage on whoever we face in the playoffs unless we face Kansas City.

Homefield is a MASSIVE advantage. So you wanna bend over for Pittsburgh Steelers? You can do that. I'm not.

There is no chance Allen plays more than a couple series next week. The two seed does not matter that much, at all. I don't know why people here can't grasp that.

I think we should wait and see how McD feels about that. I’m not so sure he agrees, but we will see. I’ll be 100% behind his decision. No hindsight questioning regardless of how it turns out.

Play to win.  Knock Miami out of the playoffs.  This team could use some reps in bad weather too.  Find a way to get Neasley his 34 yards to get to 1000 and then let him rest his ankle and sit Poyer for the protocol. Otherwise play the starters. Hope they can do to Tua what other teams have done, capitalize on some short fields and be selective when playing back-ups.

You can instruct Roberts to only FC punts. You can put Jones back to return kicks.  You can sub in Norman for White.  You can sit Hughes for Murphy.  There is a lot they can do to protect folks while still going for the win.

Miami wins they are 5 and play at south division champs

Also Ravens will beat the Bengals and if Miami losses the Ravens lock up 5.

If the Dolphins win (5 like you said) and Raven are 6.

Allen starts.  How long he plays is anybody's guess.

A lose does not knock Miami out.  They lose Then they need Cleveland, Baltimore, or Indy to lose snd they get in. Buffalo could face Them in WC game.

going out to beat the same team in week 17 then the next week is not what you want to do.

with no fans...home field means nothing.

wrong

2 home playoff games matter

You realize you're talking about playing in am empty stadium in buffalo, vs an empty stadium 3 hours away in Pittsburgh?

You don't see how ridiculous that is?

If Buffalo beats Miami thry could play them the next week if only one of CLE, BAL, or IND lose

And there is zero chance Bal or Indy lose.

The seeding will be determined by Pittsburgh v Cleveland and Buffalo v Miami..

no the Titans win they get division.

if Titans lose they can get a WC spot with a Miami or Baltimore loss.  They won’t get 5 with a loss unless everyone loses

Pretty sure it's not that simple djp.

yes it is...

right now

KC is 1

BUF or PIT are 2 and 3

that leaves afc south winner 4

miami has tiebreakers on all of CLE, balt, ind so they win they are the 5 seed at 11-5. The 3 went 4-0 against nfc, Mia 3-1 so Miami has better conference record

in WC it’s 5 at 4
