I didn't see this posted anywhere and I think it is a different perspective on his coming of age.

He has a 60% completion percentage, 3,564 passing yards, 547 rushing yards, 34 TDs and 7 INTs.

That's actually a better stat line than Newton's supposedly MVP season, or at least comparable.

Well, if one does not count the rushing TD's, then since the early Patriots game last year, he has :

 

23TDs

3 INT's

 

That looks even better, as it would be 46 and 6 if you doubled it..

Also since the 3 INT game against NE last year, strictly passing stats .....14  Games,  249 / 411, 60.5%, 2975 yds 23TDs, 3 INTs
