Yovanovich is being presented as a champion of "anti-corruption" working in the Ukraine.  I get that's one of the US's stated goals for Ukraine. Can someone explain to me how an American ambassador is supposed to influence Ukranian officials to be "not" corrupt?  How does that work?

One of Trump's explanations for his "favor" was to promote an anti-corruption investigation. Zelensky ran in part on a platform of anti-corruption and won over 75% in the runoff.  Can someone explain why that's bad?

Because Orange Man bad.

They wanted the Ambassador to cry -- but got Denny Heck to cry instead. ABOUT NO NAME

And while I respect the fact he lost his brother in Vietnam, I do have to wonder if Denny Heck gets this worked up when he passes Senator Blumenthal in the halls of Congress who stole valor for YEARS for purely political reasons.

Does Heck get worked up about that? Or does he only drag out his brother's memory when he can score partisan points for his side?

Cheap theater tricks won't work.

I haven't given Acosta three seconds of thought.

Don't care.

Take it up in a thread where it is relevant,

Stop trying to gum up this thread with Acosta.

Trump has the penthouse suite in Tibs head, Acosta gets the basement in there.

This is a trick right ...big set up, bait and switch at some point?

This can't be it.

They started with Quid Pro Quo -- that died fast.

They then focus tested the best way to approach it and hit on "bribery'! -- that was the last three days.

Today, they abandoned bribery for "he hurt someone's feelings!"

That's the state of the democrat's push right now.

And it's HILARIOUS.

Bro, there's no penthouse there.  No basement either.

It's a studio with no kitchen and an open bathroom floorplan.

Sort of like a cell.

You are calling people blind partisan yet you are posting tweets from this POS?

Are are you on drugs?

Schiff just asked Ambassador Yovanovitch a blatantly speculative question on the President's mindset, regarding a phone call she wasn't a party to and alleged discussions she had no knowledge of.

This is all they have—speculation. They have no case

Is Schiff on drugs?

Schiff's question was Speculative question abut someone else's mindset on a phone call they didnt hear, come on, that is beyond absurd. Pure wild ass conjecture at best.

That has as much credibility of asking me what i think Gary Busey 's mindset  right now, total absurdity.

Republicans are going to look like ***** morons if the whistleblower testifies

Ciaramella would get crucified if the Dems allowed him to testify.  Which is why he won't/they won't let him.

You guys are accusing the Bidens of corruption, yet the Acosta thing is ten times worse, and the evidence is just overwhelming.

Im calling you guys hypocrites for crying crocodile tears over Biden and ignoring Trump promoting a guy who allowed a child sexual predator to keep practicing his sick acts. Epstein was Trumps Buffy

But what about Hilly having sex with the underage girls Epstein supplied after Bill had his way with them?

And the media won't report on him because he was one of their anonymous sources they relied on to build the Russia hoax in the papers.

Can't have that come out.
