From the New York Times But, surprise! It was Fake News. The Senate Judiciary Committee released this letter on Friday from the ABA stating that Robert Carlson, the President of the American Bar Association who wrote the letter, didn’t get the it approved by the committee that actually votes on this sort of thing and that the ABA’s rating of Judge Kavanaugh “is not affected”. This is my favorite hope as far as the political landscape goes. My hope is that she kicks it right around the time that trump gets 4 more, and then he puts Barrett in her place. In all reality, it's ridiculous that she and the dems had the hubris to think that Hillary was such a shoe in that she wasn't better off retiring during the Obama admin and letting him replace her.
