Not to mention, joint surgeries can be diagnosers for bad things. I went in for a "routine" scope on my ankle in high school. Supposee to be a quick fix. Once they got in there they realized it would have to be fused and never movee again. Just my experience with joints. And with pro athletes the successful surgeries are normally announced right away. No, 5th year option is guaranteed for injury. It would really suck from a number of angles.
