So the question is, do you acknowledge he's not the man for the job and jettison him and his stupid "process" the day after the last game, or do you bring him back for another one or two seasons? With his mindset, and with the dreadful example of how he sees and oversees the offense, he will be a disastrous coach for whatever young QB the Bills draft.
