Report: Sammy could return this season!

You think that because you apparently aren't that bright, and can't discern the difference between someone saying that they wish someone hadn't procreated, and attacking their children.

It's not even a fine line. It shouldn't be hard. But for you, it apparently is.

Coherence. Look it up, Thurman.

In the meantime, I've grown bored with your babbling. Off with you now. I dismiss you.

So you've finally realized how dopey you look and are going to walk away with your tail between your legs, as you should.

Works for me.

Next time try playing with someone in your own league and you won't take such a beating.

 and YOU have a problem with Sammy's "little jobs" comment? Classic

I'm not asking you to support my celebrity in order to earn a paycheck.

Neither is Sammy. The NFL is asking you to support the game of football, and the Owners of NFL teams are paying people like Sammy to ensure you keep coming back.

Sammy isn't personally asking you to support any aspect of his career.

have not seen anything official on time frame but the rule is that he has to be on IR a minimum of 8 weeks. So if they want to they can bring him back after the Bengals game and he could practice that week and then play vs Jags 11/27. He was placed on IR on 9/30, so that would be 8 weeks including the Week 4 game at Pats from 10/2 . That's how it looks to me anyway.

IDK, with all the time off he has had off since his surgery, I just don't see where another 8 weeks can get SW to the point of playing effectively this year, especially if it was true about the wheelchair thing. My guess is he doesn't play this year. We'll see

If he can play, he should play, and they shouldn't be concerned with having him "heal up for next season".

I have the feeling that Watkins' whole career is going to be "6-weeks on, 6-weeks off", or thereabouts. He's rarely if ever going to be 100%, but instead forever wavering between "85% (playing) and 50% (not playing)".

Yeah, this

Where is the "after week 11" coming from in the original post?

The linked article references only "late season" and later "early December."

After Week 11 means possibly returning for Week 12, against Jacksonville.

An early December return could mean the next game against Oakland, or the week later against Pittsburgh.

Would be nice to get him back for both Oakland and Pittsburgh.

He was placed on IR between Week 4 and Week 5 (10/2). Mandatory 8 weeks before return from IR means 4+8=12?

Gotcha. Thanks.

Sal is on WGR right now saying surgery is still on the table, it's just that they have decided not to pursue it right now.

They want to see if rehab and other things can heal back to 100%...if it doesn't work out, he'll still get the surgery.

He said it's not necessarily looking good that he will return late in the year.

They are obviously trying alternatives to surgery to give him a shot at returning this year.

If they wait to have surgery down the road, won't impact his return for training camp next year anyway.

If they are waiting to see if it will rehab and heal back to 100% on it's own, my guess is that the specialist thinks there is a good chance that is what will happen.

Correct. I believe that most people have no business procreating.

They are either too stupid, lack parenting skills, or have low morals; and their children are usually ****ty because of it, and make the world a worse place.

Dude. You're a dick.

(Sry mods...but I think it had to be said)
