EVERYTHING IS RACIST: Critics Slam Clint Eastwood’s ‘Mule’ as Racist.

“Critics routinely cheer the most despicable characters on screens large and small. So why the fury against Eastwood’s crusty codger?”

Old white guys deserve what’s coming to them, especially the ones who regularly produce entertaining, moneymaking films on-time and under-budget.

One thing I noticed about the reviews for Bohemian Rhapsody listed on Rotten Tomato: there was a significant subset of "professional" reviewers, largely social media driven, who gave the movie negative reviews based on a judgement of the movie being "not gay enough."

Probably the same reviewers writing the above, believing that to be good a movie must espouse a currently positive social justice viewpoint.  The same people who complain All in the Family is racist, completely missing that the point wasn't Archie Bunker's racism, but Archie Bunker's racism juxtaposed against a changing social environment.  Same with the Freddie Mercury portrayed in Bohemian Rhapsody, I presume the same with Eastwood's character in Mule (who I just assume is the same as his character in Gran Torino).

HARASSMENT.

Baker back in court for refusing to make cake for gender transition celebration

Yep, it’s the same guy who was sued for refusing to make a wedding cake for a same-sex wedding. As Twitchy told you back in August, the Colorado Civil Rights Commission again filed suit against Christian baker Jack Phillips for turning down a customer who wanted a gender transition celebration cake.

There are other bakers, you know.

Phillips was back in court Wednesday. ABC 7 reports:

The Colorado Civil Rights Commission said Phillips discriminated against Denver attorney Autumn Scardina because she’s transgender. Phillips’ shop refused to make a cake last year that was blue on the outside and pink on the inside after Scardina revealed she wanted it to celebrate her transition from male to female.

In the lawsuit, [Jack] Phillips’ attorneys say he “believes as a matter of religious conviction that sex — the status of being male or female — is given by God, is biologically determined, is not determined by perceptions or feelings, and cannot be chosen or changed.”

It claims Phillips has been harassed and received death threats and that his small shop was vandalized while the wedding cake case made its way through the courts.

Funny how these people keep coming to Masterpiece Cakeshop knowing the owner is a Christian who refused to make a cake for a same-sex wedding.

I have to wonder what the cakes from this place taste like at this point. They must be amazing

It’s almost like these people are targeting him for his religious beliefs or something. But that can’t be right, because i’ve been assured for years that LGBQ is all about live and let live.

Diversity means forcing other people to believe what you do while not having to honor and respect their beliefs.

I see this as being fundamentally different from refusing to make a cake for a gay wedding ceremony.  As marriage is an actual thing, but "gender transition" is make-believe.  If the baker would make a cake for my niece's unicorn's birthday, he should be making a cake for a "gender transition party."

What if the potential customer wanted a trannycake to celebrate his wokeness? Watch where you draw the lines.

David Hogg is heading to Harvard despite an SAT score of 1270. The bottom 25% at Harvard have an average SAT score of 1460.

He's getting in on the strength of his extracurricular activities, and his special status of surviving his coincidental proximity to a shooting to be really annoying.

So....ahhh....what’s a 1270 equivalent to the SATs in the late 80s. Asking for a friend.

After doing a rough estimation where you convert the scores to pre-2005 then again to pre-90's,... it roughly translates to 1100

The SAT's have gotten a lot easier multiple times.

Edit: SAT switched back from 2400 to 1600 and made the essay portions optional in 2017. It's difficult to judge scores because of the recent changes.

To put it in perspective, It's a score in the 70th percentile.

Hate speech is now defined as anything that angers gender fluid pansexuals.

What a bunch of happy horseshit.

Does anyone know if repeatedly posting nonsense just for the sake of posting nonsense would be considered crusading?

Since when has attacking Islam ever been known as a 'Crusade'?

Anyone want to place bets on how much diversity there is amongst their diversity officers?

There are two people named Brown.  Two people named White.  A Lee, some Hispanic names.  And a Gross, which represents the hygiene lifestyle choice of hippie Leftists

There's also a "Dilip Das" and a "Regina McClinton."

That list...that's made up, right?  There's a "Boaty McBoatFace" in there somewhere, right?

LOUIS CK’S POLITICALLY INCORRECT COMEDY DIDN’T CHANGE. YOU DID:

You might not think this kind of humor is funny, and that’s fine. Moreover, you might think Louis C.K., who initiated sexual situations with unwilling women, is a creepy person who has lost the right to joke about uncomfortable subjects. That’s also fine. But it would be silly to pretend that Louis C.K. has undergone some sort of change or deliberate pivot. He’s just doing his same old shtick.

But many in the media have seized upon the idea that Louis C.K. has suddenly became a right-winger—that his new material is some dramatic departure from his pre-scandal days as a woke comedy icon. “Audio of a New Louis C.K. Set Has Leaked, and It’s Sickening,” warns Slate, striking the tone of a nun listening to Eminem for the first time. The Daily Beast accuses Louis C.K. of “pandering to the alt-right,” which is quite the broad categorization; the tons of people—New Yorkers, presumably—who can be heard laughing in the background of the leaked footage would probably be surprised to learn that they take their cues from Richard Spencer.

I can’t recall very many people on the left complaining that Louis C.K. was pandering to pedophiles when he joked about normalizing child rape so that rapists would be more likely to let their child victims live. On the contrary, GQplaced that joke on its list of the 10 best Louis C.K. skits, hailing him as the most transgressive and celebrated comedian “of his generation.”

Those who suddenly find themselves balking at Louis C.K.’s edgy material should admit that the comedian didn’t really change. They did.

As Richard Fernandez has said, the torpedoes the left fired into the water to get Trump keep circling back on them. To the point where the left have become the far right Moral Majority of the late 1970s.

“I WON’T BACK DOWN” IS NO LONGER A TOM PETTY SONG: Kanye West Reaffirms His Support of Trump in His First Tweets of 2019.

“Trump all day,” he wrote, followed by dragon emojis — likely calling back to tweets from April in which he said he and Donald Trump share “dragon energy,” which he defined as “natural born leaders,” “very instinctive” and “great foresight.”

“They will not program me. Blacks are 90% Democrats,” West tweeted. “That sounds like control to me.”

“One of my favorite of many things about what the Trump hat represents to me is that people can’t tell me what to do because I’m black,” he said. “From now on I’m performing with my mutherf*cking hat on.”

Fight the power! And yes, that’s exactly what he’s doing.
