Consistency of draft talent is an issue for the league. Tampa is getting screwed. No, I don't believe he warrants the first pick. I think they are the best Quarterback draft prospects since Andrew Luck. I don't think the gap between the two is as big as some do... but Quarterbacks get taken early. Can he carry a team like an Andrew luck? Is he competitive enough? They are going to be garbage next year anyway and will again find themselves in position to take a top QB prospect, only this time without the red flags. They have an obvious need for QB but does that mean they need to draft a question mark or would they be better off going with another player with top 10 grade that will have an immediate impact. I honestly don't see the appeal of him, or Mariota for that matter, but they will both go in the first round because the QB class is weaker than ever.
