If these young kids actually had to live through the 1970's, they would know how bad all these styles are. Me... As much as my mother let me NOT wear a tie for my 1st Holy Communion, I wore a green leisure suit (1976) instead... With white stitching... Forever immortalized in oil on photo! Man, I was such cute child and she had to to this to me! Sure I loved wearing no tie... But I would have got over it later in life knowing that I was not going to be dated by what I was wearing.
