  1. So I says to the guy, "Buddy!..." stagger stagger splat
  2. Aside from the part where I can't believe I clicked on this thread I can actually perform a public service here! my chick turned me onto this- biotin supplements. Deficiency causes hair thinning and brittle crappy nails. Costco has like a year's worth for 7 bucks! Very good and noticeable supplement. Anyone care to share some beauty secrets, gents?
  3. Kinda interesting PFF article from 2019 https://www.pff.com/news/pro-picking-the-most-underrated-overrated-2019-nfl-free-agent-signings
  4. Oh. I thought someone stopped Belichick from kicking a dog.
  5. Keeping a 13-3 team of 53 players almost entirely intact is quite a feat, and for the sake of continuity, I see us being overall better. Our young QB is also still on the upswing, so once again- better. The other AFCE teams had more catching up to do than we had needed personnel improvements. Coaching is my main concern. We were unstoppable when we came out aggressive, but beatable when conservative.
  6. Got Moderna. First had a Doc inject it, no pain and not much for side effects. Felt dizzy for 10 minutes about a half hour after we were allowed to drive away. Beyond feeling like I got punched in the arm for a couple days it was easy. Second shot, nurse. Don't know where she injected it but felt like a wasp sting on contact. Didn't get dizzy the second time, but at night had shooting pains around my left ear for about 20 mins. Then the arm- also left... had 2-3 days where it felt like it got worked over by a jackhammer. Major muscle aches throughout my bod, and it felt like it ran its course through my kidneys for several more days. But Now!! Feeling fine and if that was the reaction I got from the vaccine, I am soooo glad to be protected from the real thing. Life/travel/the good stuff in general feels a lot less risky, and I'm trying to abuse my hands with all the washing/sanitizing a lot less. I got pretty psycho about that haha
  7. Need a warning to wear sunglasses before viewing that nice Seattle tan...
  8. We cut 3 HoFers on the same day due to cap mismanagement. A show of hands- Next dumb question from a Chiefs fan... yes you, over there
  9. Just found this post on ATL's message board: "As long as it stops the Falcons from drafting a TE in the first round, I'm all for it." we really blew it this time
  10. Looks like a basically ready-to-go roster, but could definitely use some upgrades. I see a ranked importance on CB2A, TE1, DE1A, RB1, S3... A's being an upgrade over what our current, still good, players are- bumping those players down half a notch. I'd personally love a crew of Linebacking monsters, but I think we're in wait and see mode with the current guys.
  11. Dream Syndicate... seems like a good way to blow a Hollywood Boulevard afternoon
  12. Good player, and seems like a fair deal for both sides money-wise. I am tired of crappy TE coverage, though... and missed tackles, guys getting plowed through, dragged, run over, etc. Not putting that all on Milano, but I was looking at his spot as an opportunity to tweak the roster. Not complaining he's back, but between injury history and the above, I'm feeling this one about a 4 out of 10 on the inspiring signings scale.
  13. This board needs a gong and hook emoji
  14. You're missing the portion of the painting which includes maniacally driven parents who offer their children a choice of 2 career paths - medical and computer science... After breaking down and accepting this as fate, and in order to not shame the family, these brutishly studious and soon to be successful kids graduate university, where they proceed to sign on at Intel and buy a semi-glitzy row-house in an informal company town, squashed into acres and acres of Hondas, Priuses and Teslas all headed off to the same place everyday, interacting on some variant of the same work chatter- at lunch in the break room, and at home while mowing the 6' x 2' splunch of grass in their front yard. Success!!
  15. There is absolutely no way you don't sleep next to an inflatable Reagan doll at night.
  16. But how will we find out who gets more correlated- children in the staple truck at Costco, or the nail-gun truck at Wegmans??
  17. No matter how many times I watch it, that is DEFINITELY a forward pass
  18. Saw it. Didn't realize about the other daughter. My GF loves his movies, and Polanski's my favorite director... don't know what that says about us haha 30 Monedas was a Great series if you have HBO. Well written, solid performances and the artistic concepts are stunning, and very Polanski-esque at times... except for the occasional spider-monster things- those were lame, but only played a small part.
  19. If Jonas Jennings was 20 years ago, a lot of us are going to be crotchety old-timers a lot sooner than we think! Man what a fugly list... Williams- head case blob, Peters- RW got cute, had him signed for RT $, with the team having every intention to switch him to LT- slimy move. Forgettable, forgettable, Walker- just a plain ol' softy. What a wretched position for us.
  20. Frickin' Awesome!! Love that he used the isolated tracks. Went searching and found them here: https://m.soundcloud.com/ben-kreusser/sets/steely-dan-kid-charlemagne-stems
