I'm a bit apprehensive on appreciating 42 Giles-Harris. On a Detroit TD run he gave up at 2 distinct points. He wasn't in a good position either time, but if he'd given effort he might've gotten back in the play. edit, just re-watched it and I was wrong. I used to play a lot of pool. I won some tourneys. I'd make jump-shot banks and some of the craziest ***** you could conceive of. I had an old guy I used to play minimum 3-rail with, and the games actually went pretty quick. I was pretty frickin slick, but not flawless. Every once in a while I'd come across one of those old guys who thought they knew better, had a better idea on how I shoulda hit that shot I just missed. Honestly it never pissed me off. I knew I was better than them, and my answer was always pretty much the same-"Beat me, then tell me how to play the game." The Bills haven't done ***** yet.

North Buff, yours is a very thoughtful response. The problem is that you are trying to use rational arguments with people who actively seek out mis-information, and wear the rejection of science and reason as a badge of honor. As a kid we learned about, 'The Dark Ages' and 'The Enlightenment.' My young self, even going to Catholic school, could never imagine people aligning themselves with the dark ages... with pride, no less... but here we are.
