Rumor: L.Jackson 2nd QB on Bills Board
ddaryl replied to Ittakestime's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
NOBODY In the NFL has Lamar Jackson rated #2 https://www.merriam-webster.com/words-at-play/sherbet-vs-sherbert -
Who is your "not with a 10 foot pole" first round pick?

For your listening pleasure -
Who is your "not with a 10 foot pole" first round pick?
ddaryl replied to Cripple Creek's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Jackson Allen Rudolph.. All 3 are not worthy of 1st rd picks IMO -
The Combine is no reason to move Allen up on the draft board. His game tape tells the tale.. Anyone who drafts Allen in the 1st is making a mistake.
-
That's not happening . Beane has already said the Bills offensive plans include a heavy dose of McCoy
-
I really was not overly impressed with Watkins.. I think I'd find a different option in the draft or FA
-
What are your top 5 QB's in this years draft??
ddaryl replied to elltrain22's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Mayfield Rosen Darnold Rudolph Jackson 3 1st rd QB's Rudolph and Jackson are 2nd day options IMHO -
He's a break glass in case of emergency option with the added value of possibly providing us with a small return if we can trade him instead of cut him
-
They say this every year and every year 1 or more QB's with obvious flaws drop.. Its all pre draft hype and the fact fans are desperate for QBs that moves them upwards on mocks. add in all the FA options and I can easily see a few QB's dropping while teams use there 1st rd picks to get BPA"s

If the Bills do or dont _______ Im so done with this team

if they move from Buffalo -
QB's like Jackson, Rudolph and Allen are day 2 picks IMO...

If we keep Tyrod I will still love my Bills
ddaryl replied to Cygnus99's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't understand anyone who would not support the Bills if TT is our vet. Might be frustrating might not be ideal but I'm never going to not support the Bills.. I Definitely hope we can move on however -
Yep I'd fine the crap of jerry Jones to ensure he never pulls such a stupid temper tantrum stunt again, and to set precedent for future owners who think they want to sue the league. If your going ot sue then you best have a legitimate case and win otherwise this kind of crap will split the league and eventually destory the league. Can't have rogue owners sueing the league just because thye didnt get a favorable decision, just like you can't have players calling out or abusing refs...

What crazy draft action would create the biggest stir?
ddaryl replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bills trade #21 and #22 for future considerations. That would stir things up a bit -
Ok you are done.. Buh Bye...
-
I'd take Mayfield over Rudolph.

Dead Like Me was a show my wife and I really enjoyed. Arrested Development was a huge WTF? cancellation. Was so happy Netflix brought it back for a season.. Supposedly another coming

it only hurts us because Brady is an accurate passer, and CB's are desperate to not get burnt. but once Brady is gone that is going to change for the Pats.. Little late to wish this upon Brady and his career. I am not in the favor of the PI rule change idea.... the reason it was spot foul is to make a CB think hard about not interfering because its a drastic penalty. If you implement this rule you will see CB's gang raping WR's that have a step on them because its only a 15 yd penalty and not a 25 ++++ penalty. It will become worth it to interfere.. Especially if you have a solid D that can afford to cough up a few 15yd PI penalties

Anybody find the lack of Defense in the NFL boring?
ddaryl replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They were not low scoring era's there was plenty of scoring. Your soccer reference was weak sauce.. were not talking 1990's NHL of 1-0 2-1 games here.. There was plenty of great games. Just felt more balanced Look you obviously have your preference.. I find today's NFL to be unbalanced. Not necessarily in stats but what the product looks like.Maybe I will feel better when we land our Brady/Peyton/Brees/Rogers... however I guess old farts like me will probably always prefer the game we watched when we were younger -

Maybe not but it still changed the game... could be that there is more pass attempts now therefore more QB's dropping back... therefore more QB injuries but IMO the game is not as much fun as it used to be and I too miss the game I grew up loving compared to today's version. I miss the days when RB's where worthy of 1st rd picks where QB's threw for 3000yds in a season and were considered awesome for doing so... There seem like there was more balance and the game was truly won in the trenches.. A game of inches
