  1. This is the TB Game. Look at how flat footed he plays. There are a couple of plays where the DTs get worked back to him but man doesn't flow downhill at all on run plays. He doesn't process.
  2. He'll be here this year to decide if he'll be here next year. Tons of talent upgrades particularly at DT to help him flow to the ball better and be untouched. Better pass rusher to help him in the pass coverage game. No more excuses for this guy. Time to show what he can do or time to find a new team.
  3. I wonder if they’ll eat it all this year if they can’t get another FA they really like to fit them. I wonder when they actually have to designate tbh e June 1st “tag”
  4. The WR depth is much greater than the CB depth in this draft. Unless Gardner, Stingley, Booth, McDuffie and maybe Elam are off the board it has to be CB. You could get Alec Pierce, Calvin Austin, Skyy Moore, etc etc etc in round 2 or 3. Drafttek's rankings are horrible, wouldn't recommend using them as a baseline.
  5. Am I experiencing deja vu? didn't we sign this guy last year and cut him?
  6. I'd give Donte Jackson a 1 year prove it deal worth like 6-7 Million and draft a CB in round 1 or 2
  7. This is from when OBJ signed with the Rams and then Miller was traded to the RAMS they were chasing that ring. Has nothing to do with Buffalo and Von Miller recruiting Beckham
  8. if Williams is the guy you want, why would GB, absent a # 1 WR draft a guy they won’t have for 8+ games, will need time to gel with the QB, won’t be fully healthy till year 2 cause ACL usually take that long despite being able to play on it earlier when there are multiple other healthy options that make sense
  9. its brutal man 2 SB teams NFC runner up. Bills(A lot thought the best team in the NFL) AFC # 1 seed Tom Brady Russell Wilson x2 Justin Herbert x 2 Derek Carr x2 NFC wild card team thats 13 out of their 17 games next year
  10. I mean could the Chiefs honestly get bumped from the playoffs? The Broncos I still think will miss but have the other 3 teams done enough to unseat the Chiefs. Outside of cannibalizing each other the AFC West matches up with the NFC West so the Chiefs have to play Arizona LA Rams San Fran Buffalo Cincinnati Tennessee Houston Indy Jacksonville Tampa Bay LV x2 LA Chargers x 2 Denver x 2 That is an absolute gauntlet for the Chiefs and honestly they have done nothing this off-season.
  11. Honestly I got the vibe that the Bills game him the longer contract or he would have stayed in LA that’s kind of the I wanna make sure they know I love them but they only offered me 2 years when the Bills offered me a minimum of 3 with the possibility of 4
  12. I would assume that Beane knew. The Eagles we’re trying to trade him so one would assume with his contract being so large either no one was gonna trade for him and they would either keep him or release him. probably valued Miller higher than waiting for Cox to become available
  13. This is an interesting situation to be honest. The Browns aren't going to trade him, so typically a player will sit out and play the final 8 games and become a free agent the next year or whine and pout and be a cancer until their traded. But......... Mayfield is probably already a cancer, he has less leverage because he's been an average to below average QB in the NFL and needs a full season to convince his next team when he becomes a Free Agent that he can take said team to the promise land. If he doesn't he could be Trubiskied for a year before getting another crack.
  14. We gonna get all the beef first and then end it with Miller? Seems like we'll get Jones or Phillips next in the press conference. I wish they'd announce times for these things roughly give or take
  15. The man literally had his press conference 20 minutes ago so yeah he's in. They probably waiting until Beasley was cut to make his and Phillips announcement
  16. Man this Cornerback market has been super soft. No one is spending any money on them except for Ward with the 49ers. Averett got decent change too
  17. He comes back plays well, he leaves again or he comes back cheap. Were becoming New England slowly with Kyle Van Noy and Jamie Collins lol
  18. My guess is he didn't pass his physical with the Ravens. He is coming off of back surgery and its very possible the Ravens saw something they didn't like there.
  19. Looks like the my used some of that Beasley money to sign Settle since they waited so long
  20. lol a poison pill contract to a guy who has started what 5 games in his career? I doubt it. Just means we'll bank the 2.4 million back and sign another guard if he decides to leave. He's a decent player but lets not Ryan Groy this and he's out of the league in 3 more years.
  21. I don't think he said that they would all be first round picks, they just wouldn't make it to the Bills end of the 2nd round pick. I easily see McCreary, Gordon, and Elam being 2nd rounders but going before the Bills make their selection.
  22. The problem is out of those guys Gardner, Stingley, McDuffie, Gordon, Booth, Kaiir Elam, Roger McCreary are all going before the Bills pick in round 2. The only one that even remotely has a shot is Kyler Gordon in my opinion. If we want a day 1 starter at CB we have to draft one at 25. I'm in agreement with you but the top 7 guys dont make it to Bills round 2 pick. The next best guy is arguable amongst Emerson, Bryant, Woolen etc that next tier but thats a pretty steep fall off like your saying.
  23. I could see a cheap cheap contract just to ring chase but beyond that I think its time to move on. Give the young guys a shot opposite Miller
  24. I think it’s a make it or break it year. I think Beane sees his struggles at times, so he said alright we’re not talented enough in front of him. So he adds Jones, Settle, and presumably Jordan Phillips. 2 guys at 320+ and another guy at 310 who are upgrades over what we have. Then he adds a premier pass rusher to help take the pressure off the pass game. I think the mindset is if hey he still struggles after everything we have done to help him then that’s a clear sign he is what he is. If he explodes then you have your answer that he just needed more around him to be successful
  25. It is but GM's are given knowledge of where the Cap is going in future years so they know how to structure deals to make it all fit. The Bills dont have a lot of money this year but they have money 2-3 years from now and that doesn't account for the TV deal bump its gonna get. Okay so they do a lower base salary this year for Miller and give him a massive signing bonus to spead the cap number so he fits this year and will get more in future years when the cap explodes.
