  1. Thats not my point. The poster who I directed it at took a shot at Montana State and specifically stated that one of the reasons he wont go highly is because Montana State isn't LSU. I briefly pointed out another high end raw LB that went highly in a much worse FCS conference but you already knew that. I didn't say Leonard wasn't a better prospect
  2. So in your theory, playing devils advocate, if level of comp was a big thing, then why did Darius Leonard go 35th overall when he played in arguably the worst conference in the FCS. I know your gonna come back with Leonard is an exception to the rule and he was a stud etc because hindsight is easy, but everything about Anderson comes back clean. Top end speed, played in a top FCS conference, good character traits, fits the modern NFL LB with Size and Agility. Shows versatility by playing multiple positions in college. You don't think a guy like Beane, who has proven over and over again, that he loved high end physical traits and trusts his coaching staff to develop them, wouldn't take a guy like Anderson in round 2 if he thought the coaching staff could bring out the high upside that he has as a raw prospect at 57. I disagree with you on this one just due to the past telling me completely different.
  3. Is Beane staring in the mirror talking to himself in this image going over the pro's and con's of McBride, psyching himself up to convince himself to take him.
  4. Always going back and watching this game and the 92 AFC title game in Miami always shows me how good but sloppy we could be. This game, despite being a no punt game, had multiple turnovers by both teams. Rice getting injured definitely helped the Bills come away with the win as well
  5. As for the top 30 guys that have been confirmed: RB James Cook Georgia OT Nicholas Petite-Frere Ohio State TE Cade Otten Washington RB Isaiah Spiller Texas A&M TE Isaiah Likely Coastal Carolina SAF Nick Cross Maryland SAF Lewis Cine Georgia CB Andrew Booth Clemson CB Martin Emerson Miss State OL Sean Rhyan UCLA RB Kevin Marks Buffalo(Doesn’t count) 10 out of 30. Yes theirs private meetings, workouts etc but that doesn’t mean they were brought in to a 30 visit
  6. Emerson isn’t a round 5 guy. He’s at the latest going round 3 pending injury history
  7. 2nd tier CB prob round 2
  8. Eh undrafted option. Doesn’t take a visit and keeps relations with the local college though
  9. Give him a 1 year extension with more money up front this year. Thats it. If he doesn't want it then let him go. He gets an extra year and more money. The bills dont have to commit long term and allows them time to draft or develop a safety to replace him.
  10. sounds like he won’t be around at 57 as most are pegging him late first to mid 2nd
  11. Dont need to do it there are other very good options in round 2 and 3. Cine, Hill, Pitre. There is good depth in this safety class. It’s getting interesting to see the Bills looking at Safeties and LBs more seemingly prepping for losing guys after this year
  12. Is it possible to create a new thread and pin it just for visitors now that they seem to be trickling out?
  13. Poyer will be gone. Ik people don’t want to hear it but paying 2 safeties the amount of cap they do is not manageable as some of these contracts continue to balloon. They are also both 30+ their has to be a plan in place. Unless they think Damar Hamlin is that guy then they have to draft one high
  14. Booth, who is a perfect fit, met with the Bills recently
  15. I honestly think he’s gone by pick 18 or so. I don’t think many of the top WRs will be available. The Falcons at 8, Jets at 10, Commanders at 11, Texans at 13 then the gauntlet of Eagles, Saints, Patriots, Packers, Cowboys before us. We want one of Wilson, Olave, London, Williams we prob need to move up.
  16. And in this study, how many players who tore their ACLs were contributors, good players, guys who still would have been in the league 3 years later. Running backs were depicted as one of the worst positions for the study. Absolutely tough to come back from as an RB but we know how NFL teams value RBs in general. Oh he tore his ACL guess I’ll just draft another cheap option. I think more insight needs to be done on this type of study
  17. Well there’s really not much thought to this since it’s a shot in the dark. Charlie Kolar TE Coby Bryant CB
  18. A lot of the guys being mentioned will go in round 2 or 3. Dulcich, McCollum will go 3 or 4. Cole Strange round 3. Isaiah Likely is either 2 or 3. Someone give me the late round sleepers. Guys that have been hardly mentioned yet by the talking heads
  19. There were many on the board and more calling on WGR begging the Bills brass to give him a chance at significant reps. At least Da’Rick was a legit prospect who had a chance but couldn’t get his head right
  20. Matt Waletzko OT North Dakota, Ja'tyre Carter OG Southern, Zyon McCollum DB SHSU(not sure he's a sleeper but a 3-4 rounder), Gregory Junior CB Ouchita Baptist, De'Angelo Malone Edge(Not a fit for the Bills but an interesting player)
  21. None of those 3 imo will be available. I actually dont think the vast majority of the WR's will be there either. I think arguably the best WR on the board if we pick at 25 could be Jahan Dotson. I dont expect Wilson, Olave, London, Williams to be on the board. I suspect Burks wont either. I think your going to see heavy OL/DL in the top 10 followed by a run at WR in the teens to early 20's.
  22. Honestly sounds like the Bills offer was the best financially by far. My guess is the Rams went 4 years at 14 per or something that was really 2 years. That’s what I got from it
  23. There is word out there that Hamilton is dropping and that scouts aren’t as high on him as the media. Some are saying 10-20 now instead of top 5
  24. I could def see the Bills taking a LB, Anderson in round 2. The guy is the complete package and literally everything Edmunds isn’t when it comes to instincts and toughness. He def won’t be on the board at 89, but he would be a hell of a pick at 57. Could def see the Bills going up in round 2 for him or trading back out of round 1.
  25. This is not true. NFL teams dont value future 1st rounders as 1st rounders. They always take future picks and lower it a round since they have to wait. So the Giants are 1,500 for the 7th overall pick The Bills in your scenario are really trading a 2022 1st, a 2022 2nd(in your scenario a 2023 1st), and a 2022 3rd rounder 720+330+145=1195= That would leave the Bills roughly 300 short. We would have to throw in another likely high pick
