People were complaining about Edmunds and we had a top 3 defense every year he was here. 😂 and Deion being a great coach is wild. But he legit is. And the recruits will really start coming now. And he’s getting to play, which is something a guy like Tre Lance could use. I definitely would rather have him than our backups. You can always tell who never played sports at a high level with their expectations of how players should respond after injuries. Cornerback is most physically difficult position to play in football. Knee injuries generally take about 2 years to recover from. Tre will be back to his old self this year.

Some of you are the most sensitive people on earth. No, they aren’t the 85 Bears and I personally would rather keep things quiet. However, they have a very good and deep defense. They make the playoffs if they didn’t have the worst qb in the nfl last year. this is a very good test for the Bills to open up the season. They will take away Diggs and force the other guys to beat them. But I would be shocked if the Jets aren’t a top 5 defense at the end of the year.

As bills fans, we should want to believe if but it’s the nfl. Dudes get old fast. I know Cam Newton is not the most popular guy but he won a Heisman, Rookie of the Year, MVP, and carried a pretty crappy Carolina offense to the SB. Then his body broke down. There is zero guarantee on health. Additionally, once qbs get their big contract, it becomes so much difficult to keep contending teams together. the team is in a tricky place. You can’t mortgage the future but you can’t just assume the window is open because they shut really fast in the nfl sadly.

All the guys the fans want cut - Elam, Barkley, the bad Allen, not Ed Oliver any more. nfl teams want bad players fans don’t like and are willing to trade good players for them!

As much as hate our backups as our options (great guys though), not sure Rudolph makes me feel any better. Right or wrong, I just see him getting smashed with helmet and losing his backup job consistently.
