I played flag football for the first time in forever (used to be good, might be washed up sadly). It’s so hard to cover regular dudes. I can’t imagine what it must be like to cover Garrett Wilson. I don’t think there is a position that fans are dumber about than cornerback. It is an impossible position. This reminds of people who dumped on Gilmore, who is still a legit good corner, for giving up a catch. It’s so idiotic. We gave up 140 yards passing!!! To be fair, White is almost our MLB’s size.

Yeah, the number 1 cb (where a 1st round pick cb can’t even get on the field) was the reason we lost on a night where the other team had 140 yards passing!!! This board is getting dumber. dude literally shut down a top 10 receiver all night minus one of the greatest catches I have ever seen. And if you depending on Tre White to be the main guy on run support, that is a very flawed scheme. the jets had 140 yards passing and people blame Tre. 😂😂😂

Who would have thought that a guy who never had done the job at any level might struggle in the nfl??? And this is with a top 3 qb and borderline top 5 receiver. I get why he was promoted but it was a way riskier move than people thought it was. My move would have been to get Eric Bienemy. Imagine what he could have done with Allen. That’s a Super Bowl move right there.

Kinda reminded of the EJ Jacksonville game. Had the worst half ever, rallied us back, and then defense blew the lead. obviously, Allen is at a different level than EJ but if we won that game, we all laugh it off. But Allen is a baller and I’m sure he will bounce back big time.

Dude is a baller and games. I get his point about waiting the ball and caring so much. I do think he can be a better leader and he is too self absorbed. but he is a warrior and given the competition, that might have been his best game as a Bill. Shame we wasted it.

I don’t know man. Second half, Wilson was better than Allen! Obviously kidding. But I just get over how depressed that stadium was after the Rodgers injury and Wilson’s terrible INT. How do you not beat that team???

I mean a 4 time MVP going to a team loaded with talent that is technically from NYC is kind of a big deal. it’s just hilarious (and injuries suck and you hate to see them) that it ended that quick.

I’d say the Nebraska game where he threw 5 ints was probably worse. But that was pretty bad, especially when they had the saddest team in the history of sports begging to be put out of their misery. They got cute instead just putting them away.

I won’t say that. He’s a guy everyone would love to play with. But I do think he needs to take the next step. He needs to get in teammates’ face more. He also needs to watch his body language as well. Teammates feed off that. it’s so easy to be a gray leader when it is going great. But true leadership is picking guys up when it’s a struggle.

If you even go to overtime with Zack Wilson, after a fanbase was maybe the most depressed fanbase in the history of sports, you deserve to lose.

This was playoff game Houston Josh. So insane, so wild, but definitely not boring. Josh needs to embrace being boring sometimes.

Cheating has major karma consequences. We need someone to cheat with his new girlfriend so we can reverse the curse. but he was awful but did lead them down the field at the end of regulation. I think he gets that hero ball thing in him where the best qbs let other players be the hero. He doesn’t need to do the mash all the buttons play every play.

It’s insane the reaction to game 1 of a very long season. Ultimately, they will be fine and make the playoffs. The worst part will be when they have to play a road playoff game because they couldn’t beat Zack Wilson and a team that was beyond depressed. Where they could have picked up a game on KC and Cincy.

He wasn’t Mahomes level but how many qbs win that game with that crew? He wins if Toney wasn’t completely terrible. that’s definitely a stats don’t show good he type of game. He wasn’t MVP Mahomes but he was pretty damn good considering what was around him. He is a great offensive mind. We would be creaming ourselves if he was calling plays for us. this board loved crappy on Tua and McDaniel helped him have the highest qb rating in the league. He’s a top 5 offensive coach. And definitely a nerd.

I do appreciate this point of view because you are right. I think about Caleb Farley and some fans calling him a bust, while he is struggling with both his parents dying in awful ways and bad injuries. I used to defend Dareus because that guy went through a lot personally. So I really respect this point of view. I know people who know Dawkins. Everyone loves him but he loves to have a party and have a good time. There’s a chance you could be right but I think it is more of a case of a guy who just gets sloppy in the off season. And he’s not the only one who does. But when you come back sloppy and struggle, you deserve to be criticized. I always appreciate his honesty but this would drive me insane if I was paying him. Have your fun but be a professional too.
