  1. We haven’t had a new Incognito thread in a week. Why do some people here refuse to acknowledge the man is very sick and should not be playing? Just look at his behavior from the Jachsonvillle game and all off season. CTE is a bad thing.
  2. Because we hired a coach BEFORE we hired a GM. We went to the draft with McDermott and lame duck Whaley. No GM = No plan. McDermott actually did a good job in the draft all things considered but his was just getting by until the could get Beane away from Carolina.
  3. Ok, fire McDermott and Whaley (opps too late) and the 11 other GMs that did not take him.
  4. Green Bay is the better team and they were at home and coming off a bad performance so this was going to be hard game to win. We need to start better. Daboll has to do a better job of helping Allen. Our OL is poor and we have nothing at WR so compensate with quick throws out of spread formations to help Allen get rid of the ball faster and spread the defense to allow the running game a chance to get started. The first series gave us a third and 1 run up the middle behind the fullback set the tone for Daboll's poor play calling.
  5. The only thing better than a Bills win is a Pats* loss.
  6. Well Allen had one good game so not sure opposing DC’s are shaking in their boots. Given our lack of a game breaker at WR or TE why not spy on Allen. Better yet have the spy watch McCoy.
  7. He was injured and on the downside when we signed him. We only signed him to a one year contract. He was a stop gap signing for one year, not our answer at #2CB.
  8. Good leaders may use the Vontae issue as a motivational spark but the best leaders don’t need it. You want keadership and motivation to come from within and be part of the make up of your players.
  9. I meet a Pats* fan in Reykjavik, Iceland of all places this summer. Obnoxious as ever, he was telling real Viking people that Tom Brady was “The GOAT” and expecting them to understand the pun. What a maroon. I was embarrassed to be an American by his boorish behavior.
  10. Really, and we weren’t even playing the Jets.
  11. I cant wait to beat the crap out of them on Monday Night.
  12. I see I had a typo but I don't know what you are referring to.
  13. I can't say the fans here are the worst since the Polian era or any era for that matter. Many of the fans here have never seen winning years. These same fans also grew up in the era of instant gratification with the internet and hand held devices changing the way we communicate and also changing the AMOUNT we communicate. I think these factors have a lot to do with the behavior. The idea of wanting to fire McDermott and Beane after one season is absurd but many here were calling for it change and upheaval is all they know. Given this I try to be patient with this line of thinking.
  14. As I mentioned in another thread, the line calls improved with Groy out of the lineup, so that in itself is a big help. TSW Whipping Boy Ducasse looked to have another decent game. The right side is still weak and all the illegal procedure calls on the tackle lining up in the backfield have to stop (Mills). Overall the line seems to be serviceable when execute their assignments.
  15. We did not trade down the Mohomes pick and get Tre and Allen. Pointless question.
  16. Don’t give me THAT Bologna, I want Wardinski’s!
  17. I want to laugh at this but gambling debt is serious stuff. I have seen gambling ruin families so I feel for this guy. To the OP, Pay the debt, consider it a life lesson , and watch sports without betting.
  18. OP is overly excited but one game. Great game by Allen. Still a long way to go. An experienced back up that can help the team and help Allen is STILL, AND WILL ALWAYS BE, a better plan than Nate Peterman as the backup. I hope we we never see Nate again.
  19. No doubt that McD is a coach most players trust and will work for. He seems fair and he treats people with respect. When your turn is up he will play you. “Next man up”, “You are 1/11th”, those sayings are real to McD. Players that don’t get along with McD are likely the suspect ones.
  20. Foster - Well he gets open and he seems to know the plays so for a rookie Fister has 2/3rds of it. Sure he needs to catch the ball. I would not cut him so soon, he can improve and we have nothing else. Beane needs to make WR a priority.
  21. I was there in the 80’s. It was not paradise then and it’s still is not. Great weather? Yes Beautiful women? Yes Great Beaches? Yes. skyrocketing property values only help you if you already have a house. It’s very hard to get anything decent for a young guy starting out on your own. Jobs are there but pay is low relative to the cost of living. The public schools are crap. California politics are crap. Taxes are high. Illegal immigrants are a problem and a topic of debate and division. Crime is not too bad for California, but high enough to be in the top percentile of the State. I did the California dream back in the day. After about five years I found out I actually like seasonal change and it’s healthy for me to have it. Once the kids came the stability of a traditional lifestyle with family and the values I can relate to outweighed the benefits of Southern California.
  22. My goals are higher than reaching Bears level.
  23. Five wives. Wow. Good stamina.
