AMEN...and too frigging small at the NFL level. I would not even look at guys smaller than like a natural 325 at that position. Tell him "make a wall over both A gaps and don't get moved" and "occupy at least 2 of the guards and center"...and that's all he needs to do. The other 10 on D will take care of the rest. LOTS of athletes at the major league professional level can get it done now and again. CONSISTENCY is the mark of the professional--and the really good player. Get this guy out of town.

Life was so much better before this thing called "TWITTER" existed. The ability for every idiot in this country to directly blast his random thought of the moment out to the entire world is greatly over-valued.

LOL at all the misinformation in this thread. To the OP: you don't need to worry about the detail of the cap. Brandon Beane has an army of smart folks doing that stuff for a living, and they will get it sorted out FOR YOU. Plus, they are inventing new cap space on a daily basis from nothing...they just re-structured Diggs and bought a big chunk of cash... Cap room will be whatever they need to make it. Focus on other things--maybe do a mock draft or two.

I really thought this was a done deal a few days ago. The fact that time passes and nothing happens makes me now think this is not going to happen. If it was going to, it would have happened by now. Reminds me of all the OBJ following. When Dallas passed, you knew something was up.

Lamar Jackson wants guarantees that exceed Watson contract

I have no idea if sitting out ever worked, but his value isn't going to tank. He'll be snatched up by someone, for big bucks, when he becomes available. He's clearly done in Baltimore. -
The Commanders released RB J.D. McKissic.

Throwing in a Gollum reference there? -
LOL; upon further review, I kind of agree with you here. They are like the Dolphins are for me now...they've been so harmless for so long, I don't really hold any grudges anymore. That changed with the Dolphins last year, and it might change this year with the Jets, especially if they get Rodgers and beat us once or twice.

Thank goodness.

A much better analysis would suggest that LAST year was the first year in the true new era---the Dorsey offense era, which didn't go well. The Daboll era was Chapter 1 of the Josh Allen years. We are now in year 2 of the Dorsey era, or chapter 2. What will define Chapter 2? Whether or not we appear in a Super Bowl, most likely. Another year of disjointed, disappointing offense and Dorsey will be gone. This Bills team is not going to be measured by regular season results. Some franchises measure their success with championships, and even fire head coaches in playoff seasons that ultimately disappoint. I know Bills fans have no clue what that attitude is about, but try to imagine it.

2 penalties in 3 seasons is a plus. Have no idea how good this guy is; hopefully he helps make a difference. Still need lots more help after him on that line!

Paul Hamilton asked Dahlin straight to his face in the post game PC the other day if he was hurt. Very direct and I think it caught him by surprise; Dahlin simply said "No." There is no doubt in my mind he's lying, and now he's back on the injury report. He has looked nothing like himself since he came back from injury. It doesn't really matter; this thing is pretty much over now. Will still enjoy watching the season come to its end, and I think it's still gotta be considered a successful campaign to date.

The Best Rock Guitar Player this World will ever know...
Nextmanup replied to T&C's topic in Off the Wall
I love videos of this type; there are about 10 million complete nobodies, often children, who have phenomenal technical skills on the guitar. What separates them from the famous crew is that they are not writing all-time great music themselves. You are not going to go very far at all as a musician playing other people's work. What makes Jimmy Page phenomenal is that not only can he physically play all the solos in Stairway to Heaven, HE WROTE THEM AND CREATED THEM FROM NOTHING. That's an entirely different challenge! There are a MILLION great guitarists out there; SRV might be as good as ANY OF THEM. The man just had total control of the instrument and could do anything he wanted on it, at least within his style of playing. The funny thing is I am not even a particularly big SRV fan, as that's not really my kind of music. By my God, the guy was a freaking phenom of the guitar. -
You have to choose one. Who has the better voice?
Nextmanup replied to Draconator's topic in Off the Wall
Adele by about 1,000 light years. Adele has one of the very best voices in "pop" music these days. She could have pursued serious music if that had been her thing. -
I like the people laughing at this, as though the AFC East is still filled with garbage and we will easily walk to a division title. These are also the same people laughing at the suggestion, a few days before the game, that we were going to get smoked by the Bengals. Gonna be a lot of Bills fans in a for a rude awakening this upcoming year; it's going to a tough season.

Matt Milano Contract Extension, as per Adam Schefter
Nextmanup replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
There should be a lot more of this sort of thing before Wednesday. Still have a long way to go to get cap compliant, but Beane will get there no doubt. -

Graham Glasgow, veteran guard, now available

He's not bad, but I would consider Eddie Edinburgh or Alex Aberdeen first. I would also pay attention to Dwight Dundee. -
We've been out of it by Thanksgiving for much of the past 12 years.

With this group, the only guys I would truly miss are Josh and Diggs. Sure we have good players beyond that, but they are all replaceable, even Milano, whom I love.
