  1. The guy's a heckuva talent. Beane would need to have some real stones to step up and re sign him say, in the interest of fairness. I would doubt it.
  2. yep. same as Oliver. They will both be great this year if healthy since they are in contract years.
  3. ah offseason power ranking debates, now by position didn't think we'd see these until June; things must really be slow
  4. only 60000 in the new stadium. thanks Pegs. start saving now for what that will cost the fans
  5. Poona will be lined up next to Oliver, (rotating with DJones) not in place of Oliver. Oliver is a 3Tech and rotates with Settle and Phillips) Please pay attention to the details before you post. Having said that, if one believes in either Settle's ability or Phillips ability to stay on the dam- field, now there is an argument for dumping Oliver's $10m hit for sure. Personally, would roll those dice if it means D Hop for the offense. Beane is shrewd though, he may wait out the D Hop thing all the way to camp. Drafting Kincaid sent a message to his camp that we really don't need-need D Hop. In Beane I trust. He seems to play the negotiating leverage game as well as anyone.
  6. But the little super fast guy is the most important of the group as the problem to be solved is having someone to push back the safeties, something last years roster could not do, resulting in Diggs being doubled by a safety on every passing down.
  7. It doesn't matter. Josh being in his 20s is what matters.
  8. brown will be healthy again and he will be fine. move on
  9. Beane said he did it so that he did not need to draft a RB on Day 3. camp body
  10. yep. S Brown will be healthy and your RT this year. Get used to it.
  11. I sat in metlife and watched the bills lose pretty convincingly to the guy AR replaced. Now AR is there. Jets should be way better than the team that handed it to the Bills last November. Lets go play the game and see this year. These aren't your father's Jets anymore.
  12. This draft was of such limited quality that I'm not sure any AFCE team got much impact from it. For all the excessive hype this draft was pretty much a sleeper.
  13. Roster seems fine as is, but hey, knock yourself out
  14. Low quality draft class all around. no one getting better right away in the NFL from this class. Move on. Go Bills.
  15. The roster is fine. We'll be right back there this year in a single-elimination tournament and just need to play better on that particular day. Simple as that. Trying micro engineer success likelihood improvement based on an accumulation of relatively minor incremental off season moves is silly. I consider regular season record and winning the division to be somewhat a better indication of improvement as it is a body of work, not how you did in one individual game, where all kinds of one off factors can swing the outcome.
  16. feeling pretty sure that ship has sailed
  17. Damien Harris running behind Cyro will change that pretty quick.
  18. Don't really care. Burrow, Rodgers and Mahomes will eat his lunch just like they did Edmunds. More offense please.
  19. Great pick in a weak draft. More offense please.
  20. the Bills have been one of the NFL's very highest scoring offenses in recent years. I do not understand the point of the OP.
  21. he looks to have been the last 1st round graded offensive skill left. didn't have much choice. and Dallas would have taken him if Beane didn't jump in front of them. Just not a great draft class this year in general. Moving on. So when is training camp again?
  22. this is just a season to see if he can come back from the ACL injury. If he comes back strong, then they sign him. pretty standard approach. It is amazing how folks on this board do so little research b4 they post. OP appears to have no knowledge of the injury? I live in the DC area and Chase Young is a monster if healthy.
  23. None of the Bills draftees starts week 1.
