Bills have 3 of top 15 highest rated pass rushers
Da webster guy replied to BillsMafi$'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was just commenting last week that I thought Hughes looked slower and ineffective this year. Astro posted some data and cleared that up, and then Jerry did the same on game day. -
Gunner Olszewski? Sounds like a Cheektowaga boy if I've ever heard one. Maybe Pegula is giving ol' Bob "the mullet" Kraft a taste of his own medicine by infiltrating the Pats organization with a spy. This might not be a 'Happy Ending' for Bob this time.... Too Soon? Not soon enough?

[Misleading Title] Daddy Issues
Da webster guy replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We played them tough last year both times, our home game lost because of a special teams error, our coaches failed to react to a clever pre snap shift that was clearly going to force DiMarco to block two rushers. (They pulled in both guys from our gunner who was now completely uncovered) Bojo could have passed it to him and the guy would have ran 50 yards. Belichick gambles that our punter won't audible to a throw. No time out called by McD, Slater has a free path to Bojo, blocked kick for a TD, cost us the game. We held Brady to less than 50% completion that day, 150 yards and a pick, and shut down the run too. They only managed 9 points on offense but that special teams play cost us the W. Outcoached. I bring this up because I don't think our players have any mental baggage with Belichick, most of them were toddlers when the dynasty was in full swing. But McD might have some daddy issues there. He's not a clever coach, more of a motivator and leader, and he knows he's outmatched as a game coach and adjuster vs Old cheatin Bill. -
I agree he's been just so-so but last week I think is the 1st time he's looked 100% healthy and he played well. He's not lazy and he's not a selfish guy, I think the reduction in elite play is injury based not contract/money.

Watching the game with a Pats*** fan Sunday...
Da webster guy replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
EBaller you oughta take a piece of paper and put a line down the middle, put Bills on one side and Pats on the other. I think we've beaten them 5 times to their 35 wins over us in the past 20 years. So mark up 5 for the Bills and 35 for the Pats. Maybe use different markers and pens so it looks like you've actually been keeping a running tally over the years. After we win, when the time is right, just casually pull the paper out from under the couch and chalk up one for the B-Lo. Obviously make sure he sees you do it, but pretend like it's just for you. Then put it back under the couch. Of course you could always do it the way Steve does it and post it on the wall, then bust out the lipstick and lay back on the couch..... -
MONGO! Feliciano activated
Da webster guy replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is no surprise. Deadline was here they had to activate. Hasnt had a live snap in forever, he's not just gonna get thrown in there full time, gotta get him slowly acclimated to game shape And then he'll be crackin skulls... -
Should Dane Jackson be the starting CB2?
Da webster guy replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Me too. Cam also had a very good game vs Titans. 2 good young cb's, hungry and seem to play fast. -
Can we give some love to Cole Beasley?
Da webster guy replied to Hebert19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Cant really gameplan against a slot guy with hands like that. If CBS didnt completely suck and showed replays instead of just showing players standing around for 30 seconds after each play, it would show some pretty amazing grabs by #11 (i rewatched already) Sticky hands, fearless, even blocks pretty well from what I can see. Huge asset. -
Remember all the Pats fans whining a few weeks ago about how they would have beaten KC if only Cam wasn't dumb enough to get the Rona. I was laughing then and i'm still laughing. The dude has now won 4 games in his last 20 starts.

We need to try Moss 7 yards deep once on awhile. He's a one cut hammer back but Daboll almost always has him right next to josh lined up 4 yards behind the line. Hard to get momentum and power when you're getting the ball at a dead stop right behind your Oline. Thats OK for Singletary but doesn't fit Moss' style.

So What are your predictions for Duke vs. Jets
Da webster guy replied to IgotBILLStopay's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Game winning TD vs Titans last year and targeted 10 times vs Houston in the playoffs. A notch up from Reilly and Lewis. -
Realistic Trade Scenario- One player
Da webster guy replied to McBean's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Engram was a 1st rounder, has good talent. He only gets about 3 catches a game, Daboll would probably up that number for him. -
All-22 Grades for Bills/Chiefs (The Athletic)
Da webster guy replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
An insanely difficult pass and Josh dropped it in perfectly. Uncharacteristically, Diggs had no separation. The one thing that may have caused the drop was Diggs' concern with the field goal post which was a factor on that play. -
Zimmer needs to replace Oliver in starting lineup
Da webster guy replied to bills6969's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Oliver is solid. Jefferson and Zimmer both playing very well so far. Taylor is a monster dude and he's got a nice contract, time to earn it. Harrison is having a slow recovery. Hughes seems invisible but is top 10 in qb pressures this year. People cant slam our Dline for getting gashed in the run game when we are playing a 6 man front vs Helaire. Watch the D get better over these next few weeks and all the negativity will go away like it always does. Meanwhile lets get Darryl Johnson, A.J, Cox some good reps getting after the qb this week -
Would be great to get a big lead in the 1st half and sit some of our beat up guys. We havent had any impact plays from guys like Tremaine and Tre White who we know are playing less than 100%. Keep getting guys like Zimmer, Cox, Daryl Johnson, Epenesa, and Moss valuable reps out there. It seems like resting John Brown so he's fresh for the Patriots makes sense too, he got rushed back for KC too early.

Beat the Jets and Pats
Da webster guy replied to Bills fan since 87's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The experiment where we got an elite receiver in a draft pick trade who is 3rd in the league in receiving and has helped our young qb immensely? Thats gonna be a bad thing now huh? Yeah ok. -
We ran a 6 man front last night vs a stud runner. That will be ugly 100% of the time. Right now we have Ed, Zimmer and Jefferson all decent interior players, Star would just be another meh guy in there.

Please dress Yeldon
Da webster guy replied to Brianmoorman4jesus's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They need to set up Moss 7 yards deep and feed him with some hammering runs. Daboll always has him right next to Josh in the shotgun and he's starting from a dead stop w these draw play handoffs. Moss had a great power move on that 3rd and 1, no way Motor gets that 1st down there. -
He's a great leader, falls short as a game coach. Definitely worse head coaches out there though. Not going for 2 after Bease TD was a huge mistake. He should know better.

Gameday Thread Week 6 2nd Half Bills vs Chiefs
Da webster guy replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Not going for 2 after last TD is a joke 9 or 10 down is the same thing, but down 8 is huge Brutal coaching miss by McD -
Week 6: Chiefs at Bills (+5): Monday 5pm on Fox
Da webster guy replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Im predicting a Bills win if John Brown and TreDay are healthy enough to be effective. We always play differently without Milano as well and Edmunds is obviously playing hurt. We could really use a bye week right now, instead we are on a short week playing the superbowl champs. If Daboll is truly as good as the hype says he is, this will be his week to show it to the nation. -
AJ Epenesa weight loss
Da webster guy replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Great point. He is def faster and had another nice play vs Titans that was speed related. I still think he would be an upgrade over AJ Klein to fill Lorax shoes. -
Tonight exposed again we need a no1 back
Da webster guy replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They would lose self respect, team chemistry and millions of dollars. Bell is awful. He was in a perfect and rare situation at Pitt which doesnt exist anymore. Our running game will get back on track, Mongo is a huge upgrade over Spencer Long and Moss hasn't really had a chance to groove yet. Gotta be patient. -
Jordan Phillips has been missed
Da webster guy replied to Niagara Dude's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Dude thats been proven to be untrue over and over again. He wins his matchups more than he loses. Game changing stop vs Raiders on 4th down.
