  1. 1 His girl is already back tracking. 2 Any allegation by a woman these days can ruin a man's life whether true or not. (ie - Punt God) This is why so many men are avoiding women now. 3 Let's wait and see what the cost says. 4 Will the Bill's take a cap space hit?
  2. If we start firing coaches, we look like an organization in disarray rather than a popular destination. We shouldn't have let our QB choose our OC. I'm sure they're real chummy, but Dorsey isn't ready to be an OC.
  3. Thete are basic physical requirements for arm strength and accuracy, but the ability to see a lot and make quick decisions is crucial. Unfortunately, that's Josh's weakness. His athleticism is off the charts though.
  4. Our window isn't closing. We need to re-arm. As long as we have Josh, we aren't out of it. That said, this isn't our year. We are good enough. We need to get healthy and add at least 2 more elite players at positions of impact. Also, a HC is only as good as his starting QB. Of Josh keeps turning the ball over at a league leading pace, nothing McDermott does will matter anyway. Too many coaches ended their careers by not having the nerve to pull the switch on a QB that was almost good enough.
  5. Dorsey, absolutely. I can't agree with McDermott, though. How many injuries does he have to overcome before people realize that our defensive problems are not on him. I don't know about firing Dotsey during the season. We have no one to replace him. This isn't our year anyway.
  6. Very good CB. Just for reference, his overall rating in Madden 24 is 85. Fans in Green Bay and Milwaukee are hating this trade, so that should tell you something. If he can give us a couple healthy years, along with the Fournette signing, that's a solid move by Beane. I'm sorry we didn't shore up LB, but we're still set up well for the future with Milano, Bernard and Williams who I think has high upside.
  7. I don't know if he can still play or what his price is, but I'm intrigued. I'd say he's worth a look.
  8. Yes he did, but I still think he has a high ceiling. Give it time.
  9. More Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox. Mostly more Kincaid. That means more 12 personnel, not less. #86 is ready. Focus on him to shake Diggs loose more. If they still double up on Diggs, then Kincaid and Cooks get more targets in the passing game. Know has hands on stone, but I wonder if that wrist injury isn't part of the problem. I also think Dorsey is not a good play caller. Defenses seem to be outguessing him.
  10. We had already given up on him and look at him now. Former Bill, Zach Moss is 2nd in the NFL in rushing and just behind McCaffrey at #1. Whoda thunk it? Congrats Zach. Looks like you get the last laugh.
  11. I suspect both of them will be above average, but how far above? Time will tell. Neither has reached his peak yet.
  12. Elam drew a pass interference penalty early on, but I hardly noticed him after thar, though I did see him on the field several times. Is he starting to turn it around or were the Giants just inept?
  13. His play calling is highly suspect. Defenses seem to know what he's going to do. Someone else needs to call plays -- someone that can adjust more quickly.
  14. Nobody. We didn't even deserve to win. We played the worst defense and a backup qb behind a makeshift OL. We looked terrible.
  15. No, but Ken Dorsey definitely is. OC is over his head. He is unable to make proper adjustments. His play calling has been putrid.
  16. Spencer Brown totally whiffed on his block. I can't believe there isn't someone better on this roster to replace him.
  17. How do we let the same receiver beat us on EVERY 3rd down? No double coverage?
  18. There's no way now. 3-2.
  19. I hope he gets better. He still has a long way to go. Same for Spencer Brown. The difference is Allen. He's not taking as many risks and dumping it off more. He doesn't hold the ball as long, so he's making his protectors look better. I remember how much better the OL looked when the nimble Flutie replaced the statuesque Rob Johnson. Same difference.
  20. Mostly Josh. I think that Jets game was a blessing in disguise. He learned from it. I saw only 1 bad or questionable decision Sunday. He threw long into double coverage when there was a man wide open right in front of him. In Josh's defense though, 11 should caught it. Or was it 16? Well you know the play. He only threw 4 incompletions all day.
  21. ROY gets a lot of attention, but what about year 2 guys that were pretty much invisible then exploded in year 2? I seem to recall Mahomes took off in year 2. Josh came of age in year 3. Are there any year 2 players that stand out to you? Hutchinson, Gardner or our own Bernard and Cook? If you had to hand out the year 2 POY trophy, who would you give it to? NFC and AFC. offense and Defense. I like Purdy and Hutchinson in the NFC and both Cook and Bernard in the AFC. Kinda puts a new light on our 2022 draft, especially if the still young Elam takes a big leap. Bernard is as good as any year 2 player out there IMO.
  22. I agree with the 'Let's give Elam a chance' crowd, but the coaches know best. They know what works and they see Elam in every practice. That said, we do need to add another CB to fill out the position group, but I don't know if we could afford a starting caliber CB or if there's even anyone available. I see us favoring CB & DE in the next draft. Von's returning to practice, but he's not getting any younger. Unless Elam just balls out, I think CB comes first in priority. OL and WR will have to take a back seat.
  23. I'm hoping no news is good news.
