It seems that Tomlin's days in Pittsburgh could be over soon. If a new regime steps in, they may be anxious to wheel and deal to get up the draft board to land their next QB. If you, in Beane's place, were in a position to make what you considered a reasonable trade or signing of any one player on that roster, who would it be? In the immediate future, I'd select TJ Watt, but DK Metcalf is 4 years younger. Anybody else? Heyward? A CB?

Josh is trying to do too much. Patience. Just take what they give you and throw it away if there's nothing there. -

How about that defense in Chan's first season? -

Well, Cole Bishop showed up tonight. Time for the DL to step up. -
I want to see more of Tyrell Shavers. I was watching his interview with Kay Adams to learn that he leads the NFL in average separation (6 ft.) based on 1 or 2 games. Just another note besides the uptick by Bishop and Max's early success. Deone Walker is currently 6th in the last odds I saw for DROY.

Perhaps if I'd thought of this one first...

Starters: Col Bishop, Taylor Rapp Bishop shows promise. Rapp is on IR following a weak start to 2025. We're injuries the reason? Depth: Damar Hamlin(IR), Jordon Poyer, Cam Lewis, Jordan Hancock Hamlin and Lewis are solid rotational veterans. Poyer's veteran presence has helped, but his time is short. Hancock has great speed and shows some promise. What's your perspective?

Just to add to that thought, Micah Hyde's RAS score was 4.73 compared to Bishop's 9.88.
-
He has missed much time in his 1st 2 seasons, but he's clearly starting to get it. He is also an excellent athlete -- RAS was 9.88 out of a possible 10.0. Assuming that he enjoys relatively good health, how good will he be 2-5 seasons from now?

Should we look to trade Keon after this season?

As part of a trade package? -
Assuming that he doesn't show real signs of maturity and production, should he be trade bait?

Bills could easily finish 2nd is sacks despite Ed

I'm watching Chris Simms argue that the majority of the pressures and hits and sacks were a result of the coverage. Bishop, Hairston, Hancock, and Walker are playing well. Will Jackson and Sanders follow suit? Max Hairston received s grade of 90.1 from PFF. That's very encouraging. (Rousseau and Kincaid also had 90+ grades) Bishop had 4 PBU's. I expect this trend to continue. -
Shakira from Allen on the last play of the game from the 1 yd line. 39-38 Bills.
-
Several young players are looking good. PFF gave its highest 2 grades to Kincaid and Hairston. The future looks bright.
-
I think its time - Call Christian Wilkins!

I don't know. He's good, but why was he cut? I haven't seen a satisfactory explanation. -
Watch as much as you want for free on YouTube. The whole game from start to finish is there.
-
Yes. I can't believe I forgot to add his name. That error has been corrected.
-
I'm excited about several young players. I start with a list of 3 Bills that received elite performance grades from PFF for the Chiefs game. 1. Kincaid 2. Hairston 3. Rousseau To have Hairston graded that high so soon delights me no end! Kincaid is starting to play like a 1st rounder. Walker excites me as do Strong, Hancock, Hawes and we still haven't seen much of Sanders or Jackson. It also looks like Bishop is really hitting his stride. Heck ya!
-
Which rookie do you think will most exceed expectations? I think Dorian Strong or Jason Hancock. Both of these guys come in with low expectations, but I think they will surprise. Hancock might make a very good deep cover Safety with his speed. Strong already looks impressive and shows a mental toughness and determination that is sure to win over the fans, coaches and teammates. Who is your pick?

Buffalo Bills Consensus Draft Grades
GreggTX replied to Victory Formation's topic in The Stadium Wall
I didn't know F- was a thing. F+ too, for that matter. -
Ty Robinson and Jaylin Royals. Then draft a punter. We'd probably need to make multiple trades up to get Robinson and Royals. The WR from Utah St. isn't a speed merchant, but I think he may be the best WR left and a guy that could make the roster. Robinson would be the run stopping 1-Tech, I'm guessing. I'm not the NCAA football expert, but I've heard good things about both of those guys.
-
Probably, but we still don't have a 1-tech and 3 3-techs. Jones is the only guy with experience in the middle. I guess they think Zion Logue is the answer.
-
The Ravens are having a MUCH better draft than the Bills. This doesn't bode well for 2025 and beyond.
