Strongly disagree on this point.
Lewis in Wild Card Rounds: 0-7. Regular season win percentage: .518
McD in Wild Card Rounds: 4-2. Regular season win percentage: .640
McD is more on par with Tony Dungy's second stint with the Colts. Dungy had trouble getting past the Patriots with an elite QB and McDermott so far get past the Chiefs with an elite QB.
He said he’s a starter at the press conference. Unfortunately if you don’t think he could be at least an average starter. It’s a steal of a contract if he excels though.
They still can do that but the problem with that is there's no guarantees that the QB you draft in round 5 or 6 has any business being able to keep your team afloat if Allen goes down for three to five games or so. At least you know with Trubisky that he is at worst a capable average backup and $2.6m is worth that insurance. Better than the Steelers giving him more than $5m a year.
I thought he was the worst coordinator in college football before he came to the NFL and people are seriously underestimating this when it comes to Trubisky.
To be fair, Matt Canada was the worst coordinator in the league. The worst designed offense in football and it was comical that they kept him on as long as they did. Based on his film with the Bears, he's an adequate backup that should come cheap.
Strikes me odd that the Bills let this leak. Were they trying to buffer the Morse news impact for us? Since when do they care what we think? They're building an open air stadium in the middle of Siberia with Buffaloes you can clean with a 10 foot ladder.
I didn't watch many Seahawks games but most of their fans were happy to see him cut. I guess he had a horrible year as age caught up to him quick. His PFF grade for last season reflects that. There are better options.
Is there a term worse than war crimes?
No it's not. Horrible analogy. It would be the Israelites who support Netanyahu deserve death at the hands of Hamas.
I'd love to see Schiff gone but the numbers just are in his favor based off the primaries.
He'll be close to at least 60% given Porter and Lee were Democrats.
He's a reliable, rarely injured, and above average left tackle. Extend him as tackles don't grow on trees in today's NFL. I also wouldn't hesitate to at least gauge the temperature of what Spencer Brown is looking for in a future contract.
It may be dumb but it's one of the few things that helps successful teams maintain their success. Everything else (draft order, schedule format, rookie wage scale) helps poorly run teams.
