I'm not throwing darts at the Bills for this one. Unlike the hindsight savants here. In Peters mind he was a great. But it was far from known to management that Peters would become a sustained great. When the Eagles made an offer that couldn't be refused, the Bills took it. Opinion, I think Peters had a woody to leave Buffalo, no offer was going to be good enough. And I do remember what others posted: his season ending injuries that happened when the playoff run was over.

I think everyone is on the block at all times, for the right price. I think Beane has said this before. Though, at the moment, I don't believe Beane to be shopping anyone. 1. I think with this porous OL, the Bills QB room will suffer injuries, and a depth of 3 QB may be needed. or 2. On the hand, getting a fifth round draft choice was quite the deal, and a risk worth taking. If Peterman and Allen are injured, I'm sure Beane could find a scrub QB. I choose number 2.
