Holiday Travel is Here: Dress To Be Herded Like Cattle
boater replied to ExiledInIllinois's topic in Off the Wall
Everybody wants dirt cheap plane tickets. Well, those come with a price. The price is the cattle car experience. -
Long list of Bills UFA / void year after the season
boater replied to GoBills!'s topic in The Stadium Wall
I'd like to see all of those scrubs walk, with the exception of Bosa. Having said that, I wouldn't pay too much for Bosa. Hopefully it's a weak market for him. -
I think what we are witnessing is we have a subpar Quarterbacks coach. Allen is in his head, that is not a good thing. He needed someone to tell him during the game to throw away the ball. He needed a mind adjustment in real time, not days later during film review.

The Bills will finish ranked about #10. That's good draft position and waiver wire select order.

There's a saying for this situation: "It's better to do it a day too early, than a day too late." It was a Quality of Life decision. In his ending days, my boy had a low quality of live. I had to carry him around the house and to the yard to poop. I decided to put him down. We had a blizzard, as soon as the driving ban was lifted I took him in. I had to carry him into the procedure. It was obviously time. May God's grace be with both of you.

Salary Cap is not the problem with these Bills. They are ranked #19 (Spotrac) in dead cap. That is not bad at all.

Steelers: Loss Bengals: Loss Patriots: Loss Browns: Win Eagle: Loss Jets: Win It's going to be a 9-8 season. 10-7 if things go really well.

We are firmly on track for a 9-8 season. -
11/20/25 GAMEDAY Bills at Texans TNF Gameday Thread
boater replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yep, truth. I saw one part time blogger detail his click-revenue to be around $2500 a month. And that was just a side gig for him. -
If he does indeed go through waivers, the Bills are in waiver position 30. 29 teams would need to pass up on Cook. How probable is that?

All remaining games are huge at this point.

Coaches are heavily implying that Coleman isn’t trying on the field
boater replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
I am inclined to think Coleman's abilities are what they are, and that isn't that great. BUT, I could be wrong. Maybe his problem is a mental block of some kind. It occurs to me that the team psychologist (Dr. Desaree Festa) could work on his psyche. That is what she is advertised to do: "Mental health is something that we really value here," Festa said of the belief and buy in from the team. "My job as the team psychologist is to help optimize players' mental space on the field as well as off the field. Thus, the goal is to take care of both the athlete and the person in their mental, emotional, and relational well-being because we know that healthier athletes off the field are healthier athletes on the field and vice versa. My goal is to help support the whole player, both performer and person." (link) Maybe she can turn Coleman into a performer. -
Should we look to trade Keon after this season?
boater replied to GreggTX's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is a classic case of people over-valuing their stuff. Keon has been a non-producer and has been disciplined twice. And his follies have been high profile, all the GMs know. He's worth a box of athletic tape on the market. -
It's a mugshot, taken at the worst time in her life. Maybe she dresses up well. Or, maybe not.

What a bunch of voyeurs here. The guy is clean & sober, therefore it is not a newsworthy topic. If he got wasted and had an incident that would be newsworthy, but that is not the case. Give him some grace.

Who do we want, who do we need as our next HC and, or GM?
boater replied to jaybeezee's topic in The Stadium Wall
If the idea of trading for a HC crosses your mind, beat yourself about the head with a ball peen hammer. We have a bottom 15 roster as it is, there is no need to compound that problem by losing 1st round picks. Hire the hottest HC, then give him nothing to work with--great plan. -
I'll have what he's having.

You don't bench someone to spite them, especially someone with the pedigree of Allen. You bench someone when the backup can do a better job, and we're very far from that with Trubisky. I'm glad a lot of you guys don't work in HR for a living, the company would go under in 6 months.

I remember just a mere two months ago when Brady was discussed to be a Head Coach next season. (discussed by posters here) My, how things turn on a dime around here.
-
The "kick the tires" and "hear me out" posters are in a frenzy.

OK. Then do it by winning percentage. That neutralizes the season length factor. Out of 32 coaches, McD is ranked number 4.
