It's normal for there to be soreness, tenderness, and favoring of the opposite leg for a while. This is the new reality for teams paying their QB franchise money. You have a couple of young talented guys playing on a rookie deal (Shakir, Coleman). Some mid-tier free agents you hope will outplay their contract (Samuel, Hollins, MVS), and you take a few shots on guys with elite measurables and hope your coaches strike gold (Claypool, Hamler, Isabella). How many teams, paying franchise QB money, have elite WR rooms?

I'll take a swing and say Spencer Brown. One of the most athletically gifted athletes in the entire NFL. Still relatively new to the position and being coached by one of the best in the business. Was able to stay relatively healthy last year and was showing a lot of improvement. Oh, and he's going into a contract year. All the elements to become an All-Pro level RT.

I'd say he's an elite run defender. That's not the sexy part of DE play that get one a huge contract. But it's an important part of playing the position. That said, he does need to work on his pass rush.
