    Just basing things on the ratings for last couple of Super Bowls nationally people don't want to tune in to see the Patriots like they used to. I'm much more inclined to watch Bears/Packers than the Pats.

    Not the smartest move to make statements like that before the draft. He's showing about the same level of maturity and thoughtfulness as Ko Simpson did with his comments

    I think it's more than that. How we freed up all the cash and how quickly we got involved in FA clearly shows that there is a well thought out strategy at play here. This is a very different organization from the Whaley power struggle game of thrones that we had before

    Is there anyone out there who still believes that Beane doesn't have a plan? I remember a certain few people questioning that in the build up to FA. The process is in full gear!!

    Of the not so great QBs we've have since Flutie Fitzmagic has to be my favorite. I'll never forget the Bengals game in 2010.

    I'm salty about the Patriots, need to blame someone or something ? I know. And I even think that the Ralph Wilson had to give money to multiple teams including the Patriots to keep the AFL going.

    NFL underestimated the AFL and dismissed them from ever challenging them. Turned out to be a dog fight that resulted in the merger. The NFL will do what ever they can to squish the XFL before is can develop any kind of momentum.

    The last time the dominant football league underestimated the upstart league it resulted in a merger that gave us the freaking Patriots. No on want that to happen again ?

    Yes the mob are saying that NFL thing could be great if only there was gambling ? Unofficial gambling is a reality, I'd prefer that tax dollars especially if the revenues are used locally. Slightly different (but kinda the same) here in GA they use lottery revenues to fund college scholarships ( Hope and Zell Miller) for kids with GPA's over 3.0

    I don't think Ivory is going to make it. They'll draft someone and keep McCoy and Gore.

    Thanks for putting the info together. Interesting reading. I'm really hoping they take Love in the 3rd or 4th round. With McCoy and Gore we have time to let him get healthy. The guy was a 1st rounder before the injury.
