I wouldn't be upset with this pick, but there's a bunch of guys we can get at 9 that I wouldn't be upset about either. The McBeane team has put together an outstanding off season so far, and there's no reason to believe they won't keep in going in the draft. Especially if they nab Bryce Love in the 3rd or 4th.

Proud to wear Bills stuff. Always amazed by how many people comment on it. Buffalo is kinda like that Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon game, seems like everyone has a tie to the WNY or the team.

Let's talk at the end of this season. You might even be wearing the kids jersey by then. If you didn't see significant progression from week 1 to week 17 then I don't know what to tell you. He's a kid, 19/20 years old. He's learning, he's going to get bigger, and as he plays more he only going to get better. Try and see the positives sometimes. You may end up being happier ?

Give the kids a break. There was a lot of youth and inexperience on that D last year. By the end of the season they were playing great ball. We do need more consistency in that we need to leave the guys learn their positions and their responsibilities. If we keep reshuffling there is no consistency just a learning curve. We ended the season with a top ranked D despite getting blown out several times early in the season and an offense that struggled.

There were a lot of wow plays for me, my personal favorite was the run where he made Kiko look like a fool. But it has to be the Jacksonville play that made me believe we have someone special.

When you take the time to think about it with all the priorities that this team has/had, It really is a testament to the coaching staff that we won 6 games.

Some are piling on out of humor and but sadly others are serious. As I read the love for Beane's FA moves I remember all the loud cries to fire him on this site last season.

Ivory probably did play better than Shady, his style of running has more of an upside with a below average OL. Shady is more of a patient runner who waits for space and takes advantage of blocks and angles. I'm with @SCBills in that Shady has a bounce back year in 2019. Shady's angry and motivated plus our line this year will be a strength.

Ray Ray is right to be worried. He really needs to either change his attitude and go all in to try to win his roster spot (unlikely to happen) or discover that his last name is really Pegula (probably more likely to happen than the previous option) Ray Ray it was nice to know you until games like the Texans game happened.....

I'm hoping the roll the dice and take Bryce Love in the 3rd and trust that his Dr's will help him regain his pre-injury form. The guy can be Thurman 2.0

If he's BPA at 9 it means about 10 players dropped out of the draft to pursue other opportunities.

I'm fine with not getting the headlines. I'm confident with the way this team is being built that the National Media attention will come. I'm predicting a playoff birth this year and being a legitimate contender in 2020.

Bryce Love Stanford RB in the 3rd round and I'm happy. Having McCoy and Gore to mentor him in 2019 and give him time for his knee to fully mend would be great for the kid.

Agreed. When you consider what we were like going into last season it's amazing how it's coming together.
