They signed off on it when they refused to hire a football executive, and allowed him to make all the decisions on the football side of the house...including hiring the GM and HC. You know what happens when you let Mr. & Mrs. Moneybags make the decisions? You end up hiring the HC before the GM, and prior to that you let PT Barnum convince you not to let Rex leave without a contract. All the salary cap dollars in the world, aren't going to fix the problem.

The Pegula's have yet to hire a GM/HC either on the Bills or Sabres that proves they know what they are doing. Wake me up when they hire an experienced executive(team president or VP of Bills/Sabres operations) who will make all decisions on the sports side of the business.

Peterman sucks, we get it. That being said, there are WR's coming open on plays every game. When there are 5 WR's running routes, there are going to be times when the QB misses an open one...both the great QB's and the crappy ones.

A couple reasons why the OL you are pining for are still out there... 1 - They want more money than they are worth. or 2 - They can't play any more.

Castillo is a joke and so is Ducasse. Castillo must have become buddies with McDermott at some point in their pasts. Nepotism is a regular practice by NFL head coaches.

Anyone have the DL snap counts from yesterday. I'm interested in number of plays for Star and Murphy. It seems like I saw a LOT more of 99, than the prized F/A DT.

Starting next week for EVERY pass play that requires more than a 1-2 seconds of blocking, the Bills should keep their best pass blocker in the backfield(RB, FB or TE) to help out. I'd rather send just 4 guys out in the pattern and have a decent chance of the QB making a throw without getting killed, than 5 guys in the pattern, and have Allen running for his life or having no chance to get a pass off without someone in his face.

OP is assuming that all draft picks and signings will work out. We all know what happens when you assume?

The Bills can have all the cap space in the world, but if you don't have a GM who can figure out who to hand big F/A contracts to, we are in big trouble. i.e. Murphy & Star had HUGE impacts today.

I tuned in as UB was trying the 2 point conversion that got picked off. Since then, they have done nothing. Maybe I should stop watching.

I'm 100% positive they signed him because they knew he sucks, but did it to aggravate you.

Even now in the 3rd week of preseason games where the starters traditionally play into the 3rd quarter, many of them across the NFL aren't playing at all, or playing less than a half. Time to stop stealing money from season ticket holders by forcing them to buy two of these games, and drop down to 2 preseason games, and up to 18 regular season games. The preseason has become a bigger joke than ever...and I didn't think that was possible.

I wouldn't be surprised if any of them are cut except for Benjamin. It is just a big group of mediocrity.
