  1. Please don't glorify this play.
  2. He's not. Thread title is a play on words from a similar topic that was calling for the firing of McD and Beane after 2 games.
  3. It's a passionate fanbase. Not the brightest football-wise, but passionate.
  4. No way. This is the kind of move that would cause me to lose faith in Beane.
  5. With a capital "B"
  6. They caught us looking ahead to Green Bay. This is a trap game for us.
  7. None of this is true. This is attention-whoring on a new level.
  8. Coaches don't usually name starters in post-game press conferences. If players are informed through the media that they lost their job it reflects poorly on the organization. "Watch the tape" is a euphemism for "Ask me later."
  9. How would a Jets fan know what playoff teams do?
  10. #BRINGTHEBEERCOOLERSTOBUFFALO
  11. Haha the CoT is a strong horse, it can be ridden far.
  12. Mayfield does not look like a QB playing in his 1st game.
  13. Truly a sad day. TBD is much more entertaining when TT is starting somewhere.
  14. And not all of those were in Minnesota. If he makes it through this game without getting injured, I'll take it. 12-30 190yds, 0 TD, 2INT, 7 sacks
  15. A lot of posters here aren't looking for answers, they just want to vent and aren't deserving of a coherent reply like this. I certainly wouldn't have typed all that in response to someone blaming Beane for letting Woods go.
  16. Tune in next week when Reggie Ragland gets a sack! That should be good for at least 5 threads.
  17. Honestly, it would be #1. The Pats and GB upsets were at home at least. I don't recall the point spreads for those game but I doubt they were worse than -16.5
  18. I'm dispelling the ridiculous notion that "Every single one of our FA acquisitions are liabilities going forward." They aren't.
  19. No, Star is the only player that is a liability going forward. Even Murphy can be walked away from without major damage. Players like Davis, McCarron, Ivory, Kerley are literally 1-year bandages. None of them were ever part of the future plan for this team. And the Bills will certainly be recouping their investment in Davis as well as a portion of his 2018 cap hit.
  20. And if Allen pans out it's one of the all-time great offseasons in the history of the franchise.
  21. Well said. Hey, anyone remember when Doug punted from the Jets 32 yard line?
  22. The front office that gave him that contract should be the target of your ire. Marrone's a D-Bag, but walking away has proven to be the right move for him.
