  1. Everything you've typed here is incorrect. I realize the futility of trying to explain this on Tantrum Tuesday, but here goes: Fans spread this false narrative simply because the FO was hired backwards. There are interviews that explain the working relationship they had together in Carolina and how they shared the same philosophy. Beane got the McDermott recommendation, and he was hired by Pegula to be his boss. That's it. No conspiracy theories. Sean McDermott does not make the decision whether Beane stays or goes. The fates of the two are 100% interconnected at this point, however. And yes, it is extremely uncommon for the HC to have more power than the GM, currently there are only 3 such scenarios in the league: Gruden, Payton, and Reid.
  2. We'd wind up getting a 6th for him and the fan base would cry a river of tears. The days of Shady being a bell cow RB and lasting through a 16 game season are looonnnnggg gone.
  3. They all won Superbowls.
  4. That's what happens when you build a team through free agency. That window becomes very tiny and you cannot have any sustained success. Bortles isn't helping, either. It's schadenfreude for Bills fans still angry at Marrone. That team was 4 points away from a Superbowl and now they are in a complete nosedive with no parachute available.
  5. The Jag's are in serious cap trouble next year, there's no way they could have re-signed him. Barry Church and Mr. Big Puff will be gone as well, and they are still going to have major financial issues.
  6. You didn't even make it a single sentence in and already sound like a fool.
  7. Go outside and throw a few dildos around, that should take the edge off.
  8. Tantrum Tuesday is going to be a wild one.
  9. How do you envision McCoy bringing us a strong running game next year? Do you think he will kidnap Todd Gurley? Or do you think he will build a time machine?
  10. They would have given those 80's Mets teams a run for their money. The Cowboys of the early 90's were criticized as party animals, but even they couldn't believe how hard the Bills went. Speaking of Jim, this book just came out, give the excerpt a read: Book excerpt: For USFL's Houston Gamblers, high times on and off the field
  11. In the past year the team ditched all of it's overpriced baggage, including the QB, and decided to eat a massive amount of dead money rather than kick that feces filled can down the road. It's like hanging a huge neon sign over the stadium that flashes "Rebuild." Now I'm going to be blunt here -- If after a year and a half you still don't understand that "The Process" is just a marketing term for a rebuild, you are an abject fool. Rebuilds don't sell season tickets.
  12. They call that the "It's Time For The CFL" trifecta.
  13. It's more apt to think of Gruden as partial owner rather than a coach. That's the amount of security he has with the franchise's investment in him.
  14. And you know this how already?
  15. You are correct, I had the wrong LB. https://www.wkbw.com/sports/bills/the-ryan-brothers-believe-bills-lb-preston-brown-will-be-a-star
  16. No, that was Rob Ryan.
  17. Their D was on the field a lot last game getting blown out 45-10 and he didn't register a single QB pressure or tackle-for-loss. He looked lost against the Vikings the week before as well. He was overdrafted because he blew up the combine. He was a pass rushing DE at Temple at 235lbs. Those guys don't work in the NFL and they rarely transition to OLB with any success. Remind you of anybody?
  18. I watched him play the last 2 weeks and it was bad. I don't think it's the Big Nickel scheme either, he just doesn't have a nose for the ball. For a guy that's on the field for 100% of the snaps he doesn't make an impact at all.
